    A year ago my intrusive thoughts were so bad I thought the only alternative I had left was ending it. I used to listen to this on repeat all night every night. Waking up every hour on the hour plagued by thoughts. Now a year later I can’t sleep because I took a nap during the day. A NAP! OCD ain’t got nothing on me.

    I always have unwanted violent intrusive thoughts and they are hard to shut off at night. I’ve been listening to this every night and I’ve been feeling a lot better. Thank you for this!

    In some mysterious way, this meditation helps me to let go of my deepest fears. I cried with joy today after listening to it because it made me see the world around me in the way I used to when I was a child - miraculous and filled with love and hope. I am so grateful to you, Sarah!

    I was hesitant to even listen because my panic attack was so bad and I struggled to focus. The note at the beginning about how it’s okay to let your thoughts wander REALLY helped as I wasn’t constantly trying to refocus. Woke up feeling a million times better and completely refreshed.     I work as one in the healthcare community and ever since we’ve had to test once a week for Covid I’ve had as well as other people at my facility anxiety attacks and panic attacks. I’ve had them so bad that they were times that I had to call off of work. I know other people who have had anxiety attacks but not so bad as mine. I pray for anybody out there that’s going through this we’re all dealing with this Covid in our own way and God bless each and everyone of you. But right now it’s been so debilitating for me I haven’t really been able to work But once or twice a week at a time.Thank God I have sick time. I don’t know how long that’s gonna last but this Hipnosis sessions that I found on TH-cam seem to be helping me out a lot and I just want to tell the people doing the videos that they are godsend and that I appreciate them very much And love you for what you’re doing for all of us out there who are going through this tough time. From a spiritual sister did the depths of my soul I love you and I appreciate you God bless

    This always helps me when intrusive thoughts take over, but when this happens and I forget to listen to the video I write down everything that's on my mind and then usually I am OK for more than a month. I called this a brain dump.

    I have ocd and anxiety and my intrusive thoughts are worse at night thanks so much for this meditation last night I had the best sleep I have had in years thanks again keep doing what you are doing ps I also have a disability

      It can do, especially as, as it sounds, these have now become your own thoughts. But I also think some work on self-esteem may well help too.       Absolutely! You may become drowsy or just relaxed. I would recommend sitting upright if your goal is to stop intrusive thoughts, recentre and regain calm but not fall asleep. Best wishes, Sarah

    My earphones broke. Does this utilize binaural beats or can I just listen to it?

    Will this stop my intrusive thoughts (when travel ) which then trigger panic attacks, so I avoid it,but my children need me to travel I'm desperate

    Could you maybe not start with an advert that's says immediately 'hypnosis does not help you sleep it does the opposite, it wakes you up!'. Totally ruined it for me. Tried it but got more anxious and had to stop.
