  • This guided meditation is to help you, the listener, strengthen your boundaries and assertiveness. If you find it a challenge to do this alone, allow this meditation to help you to find the words and inner strength to speak up, to confirm that your wants and needs as just as important and valid as those of others. Build confidence to express yourself through this journey which takes you through establishing boundaries and writing your rules of respect.
    You can repeat this meditation as often as needed to strengthen self-esteem and self-belief that your wants and needs are always valid, and that you are in control of who you allow into your life, and find the courage to speak up for the respect you deserve

    The way in which you describe this house…This was my house, how unkempt it was. I have not been home in a long time. I have been busy, literally for years, with toxic relationships, they all came in my home and ate my food and left the dirty dishes. They walked in and out whenever they were pleased. It has been exhausting. Now, I am literally cleaning up my house, throwing away old clothes/furniture, minimizing my space, and taking care of my body. It feels refreshing but scary at the same time. But I am writing my rules…my home, my safe space. I decide who comes in.

      It sounds as if you are really in such a good cycle of positive change, wonderful to read! This script that I wrote comes from a personal place too, so I can definitely relate to what you say, though I absolutely respect each person's story is unique.     This isn't a inner child meditation but I saw my inner child as soon as I stepped into the bedroom. She looked miserable, lonely, and neglected and it was extremely upsetting. I comforted her and she followed me throughout the house until I repaired everything in the house and reassured her that she's safe and everything is okay because I developed poor boundaries and fears from my childhood. Honestly, I've never been so emotional from a meditation before, this one really helped me. Thank you so much!❤

    I let myself get rolled over by narcissist. I cant shake the though of her away. 10 mins in untill 5 mins twoards the end, she was on my mind. like poison underneath my skin. I am determined to get my life back. get my soul back.

      I'm sorry to read of your experience. It's a sad truth that many of us (myself and people close to me too) have suffered from narcissists. I wrote a Meditation for Freedom from Toxic, Dysfunctional and Narcissistic Relationships from my own experience. Try that as I think this may be what you need right now.     Thank you so much!! The first time I fell asleep, the second time I listened to this recording I cried. Could not have come in a more perfect time. The way in which you used the house imagery, I deeply resonate with, and it's symbolism helped me take away meaningful understanding. I love your voice and poise. And the I love the way you use symbology, it seeps straight into my subconscious.

    This is so beautiful meditation. All my life I let people ctossed my boundaries. The pain they cost me was immense. Now I prefer be by my own that let it happen. I am learning how to share with boundaries. "NO" is a very powerful tool that we should use often.     I hope you're doing well and even as we're caught up in what is merely a badly acted play and manufactured theater, I hope your life is satisfying and without undue stress right now.
    This meditation was so beautiful just now... such a calm, comfortable feeling inside. I was anxious, unsure and frustrated at myself. This really helped most of that to slowly dissipate. I'm lighter.

    Hi Sarah, hope you're doing well. Was curious if you've ever heard of Somatic Experiencing? It is a type of therapy I learned of recently & apparently it is extremely effective for healing trauma, starting with the body. Stress stores in our bodies without us knowing it and we aren't taught how to release it. Do you have any videos that encourage this? I'm looking through them now. Either way, it's very interesting!       I like your accent. Mine is similar.. funnily I find the accent makes a big difference. I am worried I don't like men s accents doing this. Altho I really think some are creepy-!
