*These filters allow dirt to pass by. I just removed this same filter from a customer's ms362c today and the carb side of filter along with the entire intake was full of brown saw dust and dirt. This saw has the WCS bark box muffler and WCS Dawgs as well. Customer stated he oiled the filter when installed however the filter was pretty dry when I removed it from the saw today. I recommend that he wash and re-oil this filter every week to ensure no dirt gets by.*

I have a 362c and i love that thing and try to use it more than my 661c if i can. Never had any issues and had mine for 6 years now. As far as the chain oiling, lot of folks don’t know this but the oiler hole on all these new light bars from stihl and other brands, they made a little channel in it which makes the hole smaller and causes a lot of issues with your chain and bar not getting enough. You can use a metal bit to bore out the hole to make it like the older bars. Like any saw too if left in a hot environment, it will leak oil due to the expansion and build up of pressure. It’s so you don’t open the cap and have bar oil shoot out on you like a volcano. Just store your saw with no fluids in it if you’re not planning on using for a while.

I have an MS362 and the oiler absolutely sucks. Stretched out a few chains already. I would reconsider.
