My family took me to Disney 2years ago for my 58th birthday. I had the best time. It was my 1st time. I promised my grandsons I would ride the Tower of Terror with them. Lol. I did and I lived 😂😂😂. I'm ready to go back again 😍😍😍
They have a food festival at one point during the year. In each country they sample plates. Not sure when the next one is but you would love that. You get to try a little in every country
So I live in upstate NY and go to Disney a lot(every month)! Ever since I lost 80lbs using mounjaro I now wear a winter coat in Disney lol😂 I get so cold now!!

I wanna eat my way around Epcot! That sounds like so much fun. The Soarin Ride sounds fun. I love the idea of experiencing that. Unfortunately I would need a motorized scooter to get around there as I'm physically able to walk short distances but no way could I manage a theme park. I hope your kids loved their t-shirts.

I was wondering if you could do a price compare of the grocery stores in your area since you weren't able to go to Publix. Id' be curious to see how the big players in your round of town are priced! I have not been to Disney for what, 30? Years? BUT, first time when I was about 20, we did Epcot, and the one that stood out was the film/horses in I think Asia? Maybe the Genghis Khan? Then, about 20 years after that, we went back and found the soaring’ ride which I loved as much as I did the Asia/Genghis Khan one, and did i also did again and loved as much the first two times. I STILL dream about both even though it’s been 42 and 38 years ago? Not often but, still a couple of times a year! So funny and interesting what sticks. Unfortunately, we were not foodies back then so I have no memory of any food. TFS and reminding me of our trips.

I've been to Orlando but never even really "did" Disney but there's so much around it, did a fair amount of that, I'd say was in the park but not admission paid park. Very commercial. Also, I always love going like out to eat with my daughter because we split things to try almost always so get to try at least two things on the menu, maybe more, depending. My mom and I always years ago split fish, because both of us loved broiled and fried. Wanted both. Someone should offer that option. Kind of foodies, some of us, not that I ever go out or even eat much but love to look at menus, you showed several, and so on. Love to cook when I have the time and space, not the case these days. Should you ever return to WDW, you should know, the main gift shops as well as the restaurants are open much later than the listed park closing time- at least an hour and at busier times of the year even longer. You would have had time after Ratatouille to shop. 😊

Epcot is so cool. My first trip there was in 1988. Still have dated coffee mugs from that trip. I think we did 3 days at Epcot and I planned meals in maybe 6 countries with reservations with my mom. A lifetime memory. Made it back a handful of times. Glad you treated yourself!🥂

Was thinking about it, but Kristen’s experience made me decide to pass for the price. Before I retired from the school system I went to Switzerland Rome,Paris,Venice,Florence ,Monaco what a 2 week trip that was.
