Also to clarify, there was a little bit of lag in the game processing his screen for my side...he wasn't actually using cheat codes to move the pieces upwards for impossible tucks lol.
hi greentea, I was lucky to play you on my first match immediately after I downloaded the game on release night!! It didn't go well on my side so you surely don't remember... A couple of suggestions for the game: 1. don't cap starting level at level 9 2. offer to replay the same opponent at the end of a game 3. give the loser the option to quit the game while the winner can continue playing 4. add a section explaining how the SR points counting works because it's pretty head scratching Well done on building an awesome game, keep it up man!
The game mode is new. It's not like the game can just recognize "oh this guy is a pro! Better start him off with higher elo!" Big oof to anyone who matches with a pro though.

I think we can all agree, your post transition play has improved RIDICULOUSLY in the last 6 months. Even with the slight input delay of the PC, you were pumping out scores on 19 like on a CRT. Well done! Great match!
You had some solid 19 play there man, even a few nice tucks. Your 19 is really getting good. I think you did pretty good considering Greentea isn't just the lead dev but one of the best Tetris players in the world.
I was super impressed throughout this whole game. I can’t even comprehend playing at this level, at that speed it’s impossible for me to think of where to put the pieces while setting up for the next one, especially in the more uncommon ways to burn blocks like you did towards the end and when you got out of the dig. Wow
I’m so used to stuff like Puyo Puyo Tetris that I thought that the match would end in seconds and imagined Greentea doing hard drops but I remembered this is classic not modern Tetris

I would be more nervous playing against Kingsman than Greentea to be honest. Against Kingsman I know I at least have a very slight chance, against Greentea I have no chance at all.

I play Tetris Effect on Xbox One and I wonder a) can I play score attack classic only against other real players? b) does the game show my highscore (Gamepoints, not wins or rating) somewhere? c) Is score attack classic an equivalent to the old school NES version or is it somewhat "alike"? I got my NES setup form my childhood set up recently but it doesn´t work anymore (luckily I already got another one but I need an adapter in order to connect it to my TV. Such a great game, I absoluetly enjoy it.
The soundtrack of the game is so good, however I don't like the bounce when you go against the wall... Is it possible di disable it on settings? (I don't have the game)
Does anyone know whether the game can still be played on an integrated GPU? systemrequirementslab said it won't but it also said I can't run Dota 2 while it runs relatively well. EDIT: It runs, but it kinda sucks, multiplayer has noticable delay (its hard to DAS). For anyone interested, I got: 16GB RAM SSD Intel i5-8265U CPU GPU integrated in the CPU
I suspect this is not a problem for a player, but looking at these wobbling boards is literally making me dizzy, I hope it's possible to disable some effects in this mode.
I don't think greentea is especially good at this game because he's the developer. I think he's one of the best players of this game because he's one of the best tetris players out there. period.
Cool match but man, tetris effect is so annoying... Like not trusting that a game principle is good by itself and pumping a game up with video effects and "fancy" audio...

Tetris Effect Connected getting more promo and hype than CTWC... good timing for the game release, but it almost overshadows the competition itself.
