Nice video only suggestion would be to show or provide tips on how to remove the bearings without a press and how to insert them. The answer? You can use a torch to heat the outside of the hub housing. This will expand the hub bearing diameter just a tab and make it much easier to hammer out with a brass punch or properly sized punch. Then you can place your new bearings in the freezer overnight and they will basically drop into place. Freezing them shrinks them ever so slightly.

Honestly if you have a torch you should have a press....

You should specify the year because on my 2017 the snap ring is on the inside and the bearing comes out and goes in the exact opposite of your video.

on the instructions, it says to apply Loctite 603 retaining compound to the outside surface. Is that mandatory or not?

@@jasonbell4670 it forces grease through the center of the bearing, but generally you do not grease a sealed bearing, you just replace them. But I bought one and used it on mine, they do work, but when the old grease pushes out. It ruins the seal

wtf you mean you can't leave the wheel on when replacing bearings. Mind blown.

    • @SuperATVMedia
