Thank you! Sweet is what sells. I suppose it is better to start that way and adjust according to individual customer's preferences.My recipes would go sweet first but would typically make sure the balance is there.

I've been a follower of you for sometime now. I'm a regular customer of starbucks here in the Philippines. Starbucks here really have "sweet" mixes of coffee because Filipinos are sweet tooth. And Starbucks Philippines usually put whip cream on top even on hot drinks because Filipinos usually like it that way. Starbucks Philippines adopted to its market here. I am a pure Filipino but my tastebud is different. Whenenever I order coffee, and I normally order hot coffee, I first ask how many pumps of sweetener/syrup they will put in my cup and then I dictate how much I want them to add. I also tell the baristas to put only half of the whip cream quantity on top. Try to order this way next time so that you can taste the coffee base they use. ❤

It's was strange to me how loud it was in that Starbucks. Where I live, Starbucks are quiet like a library.
Starbucks in Tagaytay are over rated, next time you should try Bag of beans. Serves great coffee and staffs are friendly too.
