Really nice and calming to watch. Interesting too. And, thank you for not flinging the word "efficient" in their. Too much bullshit buzz words in use today where neither the actions or function stands up to scrutiny
it’s a dream to have this kind of a team. didn’t put much pressure on each other, everyone knows their roles as a team. everything is so well organized, and it’s so calming to watch this as the customers are pretty chill too ❤
I like that you are very polite not only with customers, but with each member of your team. That is real make the atmosphere works, and even rush is not so stressful because of that! Keep going!
Thank you - we are really proud of our friendly vibe. And we are lucky that our staff are all nice and smart people - so that makes it so much easier! :))
I enjoy the explanations you provide via text, as someone who knows a bit about coffee making but is far from any barista experience - it's very helpful for following along.
Thank you for your compliment! We are all about efficiency and timing. So for example in the video: when I was 1-2 minutes too early with coffees - compared to the food --> we consider that a mistake on my part! We really enjoy to be spot on as much as we can - so the customers' experience is as smooth as possible! :)))
Just what I wanted to watch today! Perfectly clean counters, measuring each and every batch of ground coffee, latte art, timing with food station. All of it is such hard work! Your hands didn’t stop for a straight 20 minutes! 👍🏻💙
Thank you so much! We are glad you enjoy the video and our workflow! It takes a lot of work to arrive to this state - but once it clicks - it is a great pleasure! :)))
A really nice looking "feel" to the cafe vibe; professional, polite, courteous, and great precision; fabulous looking coffee's. Great that You have a touristy clientele and not stressy, rushed people off to work. That would be a lovely atmosphere. quite therapeutic to watch. Hi from New Zealand : )
Thank you so much for your kind comment and your compliments about our coffee shop! We do really love the vibe - it is really nice to work in such a calm environment! And yes, we are very lucky that many of our guests are on holiday and therefore in a totally relaxed mood. :)))
Hello! As someone who worked as a waiter/barista since I was 13years old, your coffee shop is probably my dream workplace. I love the calm, kind and loving environment. Keep up doing those videos, they're very relaxing and people can also learn from your amazing skills! :)
I could watch this all day. This is a professional at the top of his game. Few timing mistakes here and there but recovered efficiently and no customer was left unsatisfied! Great set up and smooth synergy with the runner!
Thank you so much for this sweet comment! Yes, there are sometimes few mishaps - but that is completely part of the game. It is more about how you resolve them and how you recover - that makes all the difference. :)) Greetings from Denmark! :))

me and my girlfriend have been watching a lot of barista pov videos recently as we are hoping to open our own coffee trailer one day and this video is by far the best one i’ve seen yet, i love your setup and how quickly you guys get things done!
Thank you so much! We wish you all good luck with your dream - it will be a lot of work but it is all worth it!! :))) We have a lot of people reaching out to us to help them with their first coffee business - so we are planning to make some videos about it soon! Greetings from Denmark! :))
omg, the atmosphere is serene and everything is so neat and organized, it's like a barista's dream haha. if i travel to denmark i'll be sure to visit, your work is seriously amazing. keep up the great content!
This was very relaxing to watch, and as someone who has worked in a coffee shop before as a server and cashier, I'm glad that you did not pour the milk to the brim on the cup, the shop I worked in, not all of the baristas but one of them likes to pour it to the very top which makes it so difficult for me to serve to the customers because I didn't want to ruin the latte art so I had to carry the cup super slowly because one small movement makes spills the drink, its really filled like you can see the layer of foam floating on the cup, overall I'm just glad the customers all had a good laugh whenever they see me moving as slow as possible in order to not spill their drink haha
hahaha yeah - we feel the struggle! :D The drinks that don't have foam are impossible to carry full - therefore coffee shops should have appropriately sized cups. When it comes to drinks with foamed milks - if the milk is steamed correctly - it is very difficult to spill! If you look at @LanceHedrick's videos - he does a crazy shake test to see if the milk is done well - if so - it doesn't spill = is easy to carry :))
haha yes, we are! We have had few comments like this - Danes being surprised to see a coffee channel from outta here! :D ...and thanks for your kind comment! :))
love how this is your morning rush but meanwhile I, young dude with adhd, watch these to calm down at night enough to rest. Also benefitted from watching you work and your techniques at my own workplace, where one of the tasks is also making coffee, which i didnt have experience with before
Really nice video! I really liked how everything operates, the cleanliness and the organisation. You motivated me to become more independent on doing things! :)
This video is so motivated , as a barista i could see a whole package on it included great communication ,multi task and fast and peace environment .proud to be a Barista😊❤
Thank you for the compliment! It is all about communication of the team so all the stations align! We designed the whole space that way - so it feels great when it all works out! :))
My advice is to keep the orders somewhere even after you finish it because you never know when a customer it”s coming to say that he didan”t order something like that or if something was not right about order.

Looks like a great bar setup for a smooth workflow! Very satisfying to watch (after working at various coffee bars, some of which aren’t laid out so strategically.) ❤
As a barista I've never seen an auto milk steamer. What's the brand/model and what do you think of it? I can see this as a way to have consistent quality regardless of the barista, but it honestly weirds me out lol
Every new technology can seem weird at first - but it is a great help for our coffee shop. There are of course some downsides to it (costs, cleaning procedure, etc.) but overall we are very happy about it. It is called Ubermilk - we are planning to make a video about it in the future - as there is not that much information about it on the internet. :)
I work in a very busy coffee shop/restaurant, where we average £1,500 a day in coffee. I’ve never seen a milk machine that gives you perfect milk, ready to go at the press of a button before! Would save soo much time! Loved the video, thanks for sharing :)
Yes, it is a pretty new technology! It saves us a lot of time and also helps with consistency! But it is still about having a solid workflow so you can benefit from such a machine.. Thanks for watching, greetings from Denmark! :)
Hi there! Love the video, nice and clean place with organized workflow. I was just wondering if you could tune the auto-milk frother, it seems that you have just a tiny bit too much every time which after a while, be losing a lot of milk.
Hi, thank you for your kind comment! :)) Concerning milk leftovers: It might look like a lot in the video - but in reality we waste very little compared to steaming. We can dial in the perfect amount in the milk machine - so there is always just a small leftover (only around 20grams). Unfortunately it is almost impossible to pour latte art with nothing left in the pitcher… 🤷♂️
Maybe it's a bit of a ridiculous request, but is there a chance that you can write the names of the coffees you make on the screen at that moment? Sometimes it is difficult to follow conversations such as "I'm doing this right now". I've been working as a barista for a short time, I just started a new place, I hope I can learn a lot from you. And cappuccino is not made in a single shot, is it normally a double shot?
Hi! That’s a great idea! We’ll definitely implement it in some of our upcoming videos! 🤓 And yes, we make cappuccino with double shot as the default - that is based on our espresso recipe, size of our cup, the milk we use and many other aspects. We are planning to make video about that soon! 🤗
Yes, very good question! We are located in a touristic area - hence most of our customers are on vacation. That is why we open later than a typical coffee shops located in cities. Our customers are vacationing and simply sleeping-in. :)) Hope that makes sense :)
Late commenting but what a relaxing video. You seem so kind and I love how even though the person at the food station apologized, you stepped in and said that you were at fault so they didn't feel bad for it going out separately. You all seem like such a wonderful team with a very well kept up shop. Wishing you and the team the best!
Not gonna lie, I really love your flow. I'm still figuring out coffee making and milk steaming, but watching you is cool - gives me something to aspire to. Greetings from Mexico!

im from America i dont work at a restaurant or a coffee shop but everyone seems so calm and genuinely happy to be there having there morning coffee and a bite to eat, here in America everyone is always in a rush or just lacks basic respect like thank you no thank you and so on
Thank you for your very kind comment! We are very grateful for the vibe in our place - it really makes a huge difference when you can tell that the customers appreciate what we do. And yes, when the customers and staff are rushed and under pressure - there is often no time for any basic friendly interaction. So we always try to overstaff a bit - so there is very little of this "stress" present in our place. :))
Thank you for this POV upload. It was such a cozy start to my morning to watch this alongside my very own cup of joe, Very cozy and relaxing atmosphere you seem to work in :)

haha that's a fun story! It is sooo nice to work in a place where everybody is organized - it is really smooth and fun! :))
im from America i dont work at a restaurant or a coffee shop but everyone seems so calm and genuinely happy to be there having there morning coffee and a bite to eat, here in America everyone is always in a rush or just lacks basic respect like thank you no thank you and so on
Thank you for your very kind comment!
oh this video's amazing, I didn't know there was something like this on TH-cam, very interesting, thanks
Thank you for watching and for taking time to write such a nice and kind comment! Greetings from Denmark! :))
