I mean - Vietnamese coffee is one of the best coffees for me. but this salty coffee this year in Vietnam was a revellation. i will try your receipe for sure.
Thax for sharing salt coffee, I’m not from Vietnam but recently visited Danang and Ho Chi Minh and I tested salt coffee at ‘Her Restaurant’ at Danang and it blew my mind and I brought some varieties of G7 coffee .. I believe your recipe will remind me and will inspire me to prepare that coffee.
Thank you so much for all your coffee videos. I just opened a coffee shop in Ho Chi Minh City. I know how to make Western style coffee but am new to Viet coffees. You really helped me with your recipes.
I'm not from vietnam, I dont drink coffee, I've watched james hoffman, and i like mixology. This video is a mystery to me which i must eventually understand.
I tried salted coffee this summer and it blow my mind I would like to make it again at home but I can't understand what type of cream it is, can you explain it to me? Many thanks 😊
Great recipe! I noticed you poured water into the lid of the phin at the beginning and let it sit for a minute, then poured it in afterwards. Is that a trick to keep the sediment out of the coffee?
Tried salted coffee today in Hanoi and I really need to learn how to make it. It's good!

I do this so the coffee powder can rise slowly before adding more water. And then the coffee will be extracted in the best way😄. Thanks for visiting
Thanks, looks delicious. Where/how can I get the stainless steel coffee filter set please?
Amazon or at a Vietnamese market
@@mid-sizesedan488 Not Amazon, please! The second option is way better.
You should try to skip the salt and add a salted butter. Now you got something crazy.
Thanks for visiting. I will try to do that. I think salted butter is better than salt😀
Why not try blue-cheese instead of a salted butter so it will taste like a bitter durian.😂
Oh ya, that's the bomb. Not like the wattery tea served in the us for 50x the price
