Turtle Wax Ice Snow Foam is bubble gum scented. It’s a pH balanced formula that provides a long dwell time and won’t strip waxes & sealants. It can be applied by hand or with a foam cannon or fun gun.
    Directions:
Add 1 oz to a 16 oz foam cannon bottle. Top off with water. For heavy foam, use up to 6 oz per 32 oz of water. Shake the mix prior to use.
Apply liberally on the surface from top to bottom. Use a microfiber mitt to gently agitate the foam to remove dirt on exterior vehicle surfaces. Rinse thoroughly and towel dry.
For a hand wash: add 1 oz per 1 gallon of water. Fill the bucket with a strong stream of water. Wash the vehicle from top to bottom. Rinse and towel dry.

Thanks for the video Pan. My Meguiar's Fastwax has been collecting dust because of that Seal N' Shine. I LOVE FastWax ! But I've used Seal N' Shine so much that I'm at a point to where after I rinse the vehicle after a wash, I simply spray panels with it while it's wet. Dry the vehicle with a thick drying towel. Then I'm done. Super glossy and super slick feel. Nothing else needs to be done. No extra buffing. No layering. It's the best. And don't forget... it's SIX BUCKS !!

Old school car washing guy. Always washed using basic soap & wax car wash with a mitt. Always rinsed car first, cleaned with soap, then rinsed off. Always wash sections of cars at a time. That said, very surprised at the water pressure used to rinse off the products..soap, foam, or soap & wax. I always thought I would be "spraying" off the product if using a fairly high pressure so always used a very low pressure rinse, usually with my finger over the end of the hose. I have a 3,000 psi gas water pressure sprayer for my paved driveway and such, and it does have a "car wash" low pressure setting. Assume that is okay to use with a "foam canon" and spraying off products? And for years a Turtle Wax user and impressed with new products you are showing. How often to apply Turtle Wax Ice Seal & Shine if I use Turtle Wax Snow Foam for basic washing? Thanks again. A real novice to "detailing" my cars. Great videos.

Pan another good one. I have been using turtle wax forever. before retiring to North Carolina I lived in New York and Connecticut . I always had a long commute on those miserable north east highways in the worst weather. I used turtle wax ice paste wax a couple of times a year and then used ice detailer once a week after washing. The snow and ice slid right off my cars always looked good . The paste wax wasn't the easiest to apply or take off but it lasted longer than any wax I used. The paste wax is hard to find now,but I would be using it if I could find it. If you could try the paste wax do it you will be surprised. I drove my truck on and off construction sites bad road conditions, snow ice, road chemicals and Ice products stood up to it.

I've used Turtle Wax Ice since it first came out sometime around 2006 or 07. While its formula has changed some, the characteristics that drew me to it are still there. With Turtle Wax Ice paste, liquid, or spray, you can put it on in direct sunlight, over decals, and on rubber, plastic, and glass, with no residue or powder. I've found it to last long enough that I can get by with 3 or 4 applications a year. My Steel Blue (very dark) 08 Jeep Wrangler's paint looks like brand new. It gets cotton mitt hand washes in warm months and touchless auto car washes in the winter. After 11 years of Indiana weather, including being covered in road salt every winter, there are no swirls of any kind in the paint. The applications are super easy and quick, too. Disclaimer....I think the new Seal N Shine is more durable, but I don't know that application in direct sunlight or over rubber/plastic trim is recommended, so keep that in mind. As for me, I'll stick with the previous edition, until I find out Seal N Shine can do all that.

    • @PanTheOrganizer
      @PanTheOrganizer  5 ปีที่แล้ว

Thanks for sharing your real world experience ! Seal N Shine needs to be applied in the shade and on a cool panel to get optimal results, and on a dry surface in my experience. You can use it as a drying aid, but that could generate a bit of streaking. And a light application is all that is needed. Don't spray too much on the surface. It's a great product!

Also, the Turtle Wax 50984 ICE Seal N Shine Hybrid Sealant Spray Wax-16 oz, is back in stock on Amazon for $6.97 - I received last week and gave it a 1st try today....... looks amazing, leaves that slick feel that we love and applies very easy.

what i realized is that snow foam is in no way better than DEGREASER only MORE EXPENSIVE!

I've used the turtle way Seal 'n shine. is a bit more expensive here in Belgium, because accesibility and taxes 8-) .
    I've detailed a carbon blue BMW 320d F31 today.
Cleaned the rims first with Poorboy's world wheel acid cleaner. Very good cleaner, but has no iron remover in it (but then again, you don't get the stench you get with most iron remover).
Afterwards, I rinsed the car fully with water, used Monello's foam to pre-wash the car, worked around the trim and badges with a soft detailing brush and rinsed the car after 5 minutes. Then went on with then 2 bucket method, one with DODO Juice's Born to be mild shampoo, one with water. Wash, rinse, dry with Gyeon's Silk dryer (and applied some Gyeon's Quick detailer a drying aid, for some lubrication).
Then I went on to apply Turtle Wax's Seal 'n Shine. AMAZING product! I also used it on my Mazda 6 (coated with Gyeon's Syncro) as a topper, but the results are amazing! Really strengthened the hydrophocib properties of the car AND added a lot of gloss to it. So I thought to use it on the BMW as well. Apply with soft MF towel, buff off with another dry on. Let it dry and cure for 4 hours, before I buffed it off further more with Gyeon's waffle dryer, to get all the streaks and excess product off. AMAZING results!!!
And as a topper, I used beadmaker after the buffing off. Just put it in the garage to let it cure. I'm curious what the results will be in a couple of hours. The slickness though, wow!
Tomorrow I'll wipe the windows with rain-X, and it's good to go.
