1tsp active dry yeast 3g
1tbsp white sugar 12g
1/4tsp salt 1.5g
all-purpose or bread flour 250g
1/4cup flour 35g
1/2tsp salt 3g
1/4tsp black pepper 0.58g
2tbsp olive oil 30g
3 green onion 30g
a pinch of baking soda(optional)

Jut make this for my hubby. He loves it very much! 😍 But my dough is very sticky so i add ½tsp olive oil. It's really help to make it smooth. Xie xie for the recipe! 😚🥰
I made this today, but I added a bit if cheese. Wow, Delicious! I am always looking for recipes that are good for my husband, his diet is very delicate since he has Crohn's and rough fiber is a big no-no. These pancakes were exquisite, easy to digest and what a feast. 110% recommended.

May I know if there is any difference between adding yeast (the obvious reason is to increase the dough size) and not adding yeast to the dough? Any difference in terms of texture?
Adding yeast when making the pancakes is to help ferment the dough. Through the fermentation of yeast, the dough becomes puffy, and the result is soft, sweet and delicious.
If no yeast is added when making the pancake, the pancakes will be harder for the elderly and children to digest. The texture of the pancake will also have a significant change.
