I love how you spell it all out. “Sheer rate” is a new term for me. I totally understand this though. The viscosity of the blood truly matters. Viscosity is a predictive measure of cardiovascular health. The thicker the blood, the harder it is for it to move throughout the body. So I love how you promote systemic proteolytic enzymes. They digest unwanted protein and as a result create thinner, less viscous blood. Well at least this is my understanding, but I’m not an MD. Nattokinase is a great enzyme. I really need to remember to take my enzymes, but it’s hard for me because you have to take them on an empty stomach for them to truly work systematically. I will try to remember to take them because enzymes are extremely important for our overall health. Thanks for spreading the good stuff 🙌🏼🩵🥰

Seed oils are all industrialised oils and highly inflammatory to the arteries eg sunflower, vegetable, canola, rice bran, safflower oils.

I like the contents of this short and informative video… thank you! While i follow every step that you outlined to help prevent arterial plaque, I also add a small amount of nattokinase with my everyday diet. In addition, i take daily cod liver oil which I believe helps in thinning the blood, etc. So far so good i think….. in staying away from any type of prescriptions.

I'm in the believe that glycation of the arteries is the problem.
