Today, I want to share the best remedy to unclog your arteries.
A clogged artery is an artery that’s filled with plaque. In many cases, when a person has clogged arteries, they also have stiff arteries, inflammation, and high blood pressure.
Many people seek natural alternatives for clogged arteries because the common treatments often have side effects. Potential side effects of these treatments can include:
• Myopathy
• Erectile dysfunction
• Low testosterone
• Neuropathy
• Dementia
• Hemorrhagic stroke
• Increased risk of cancer
The best natural remedy to unclog your arteries is called nattokinase. Nattokinase is an enzyme in natto (fermented soybeans). Fermented soybeans are also loaded with vitamin K2.
Potential benefits of nattokinase:
1. It may help break up clots
2. It may help clear up nasal polyps
3. It may help decrease oxidized LDL
4. It has anti-inflammatory properties
5. It may help lower blood pressure
6. It inhibits the thickening of the artery walls
7. It may help increase HDL and lower triglycerides
8. It may help decrease the risk of strokes
9. It was shown to shrink plaquing in the aorta when combined with ginseng in animal studies

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
00:00 🩺 Clogged arteries are filled with plaque, composed of fibrin and calcium, leading to inflammation and stiffening.
01:07 💊 Statins show misleading relative risk reduction; a 1% decrease in absolute risk is manipulated to appear as 50% reduction.
03:23 🛑 Statin side effects include myopathy, erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, neuropathy, dementia, stroke, and cancer.
03:49 🍣 Nattokinase, found in fermented soybeans (Natto), is a powerful enzyme breaking down clots and reducing oxidative LDL.
05:22 ⚖️ Inflammation triggers artery damage, while nattokinase's anti-inflammatory properties promote artery health.
06:00 🩸 Nattokinase benefits include lower blood pressure, improved HDL, lower triglycerides, and reduced stroke risk.
06:53 💡 Nattokinase offers multiple benefits for artery health without significant adverse effects.

Where can I find it?
@@388Caroline Japan.
@@388Carolinehello how are you Can help me please
You can get natto by making it yourself, visiting Japan, or buying freeze-dried natto (safer/easier to ship overseas + less stench)
Nattokinase might require a prescription since it's a blood thinner, so consuming natto might be a lot more convenient. Esp if MSM/CDC tries to ivermectin it

I have done alot of research. I am dumb as a rock when it comes to health terminology. Thank you for breaking it down so that we can understand better. You have my attention and I will be trying this out for the very first time. I will keep you updated. 😊
Hi Dr Breg, Thank you for all the useful information as it pertains to health. I watched the video in which you mentioned the youtube policy in respect to your content. Just in case something happens, is there a website we can go to find you and your content? Most of us who listen to you actually rely on this information. Thank you for all you do. Dr Berg I was 18 and 112 lbs and my cholesterol was 420. They put me on statins and I quit them after 4 months due to severe side effects. I’m 47 now and still alive without their statins. If I die today, it was worth it having a good quality life. I’m gonna try this supplement now.
Kyolic, Aged Garlic Extract is very good for the arteries.

Most patients do NOT question doctors on prescriptions.
Most people don’t question - anything!
All doctors give you two minutes to ask anything and they out of the door.
I was seeing my dr for over 30 years. During this time I refused to take at least 4 scripts he gave me to take. Every meds a Dr gives me I research it on my on own. After reading warnings and side effects I told my Dr I counldn't take these meds and showed him written proof from multiple medical websites why I couldn't. He said nothing. 4 times over a 10 year period this happened. Good Dr but sometimes Drs make mistakes. 100 of thousand people die from Drs mistakes each year.
If it was for Drs I wouldn't be alive right now. I have the utmost respect for them. I'm just saying we have to be careful, sometimes the best intentions could go wrong. And Pray to your God! for protection.
Philosopher Kant said in the 1700s in his great essay about the enlightenment that the only way to think deeply and critically is when you disobey. He said disobey your teacher, the priest, the physicians. You have to question any higher authority in order to think.
I agree but I think we're so brainwashed as we are with everything else the world tells you is true they lie about everything they teach you theories they tell you what to believe a nation of workers not a nation of thinkers so they dumb down the education. I don't think people know to ask about anything really food prescriptions the truth of anything they don't question it because they've been brainwashed not to they are trained we are trained to not ask questions and to trust the lab coat person even though they don't give you a resolution they never know what's going on you find more on Google and TH-cam and they give you symptomatic prescription drugs. So I think the idea is to question everything and do some research yourself for all of us that's what we should be getting out there
❤❤❤ Thank you for all you do Dr. Berg!!! Excellent information everytime!!! 💕💕💕
My pleasure!
Love your videos. Been watching the ones for heart/blood/artery health.
I truly love you Dr. berg! You are helping me regain my health and driving my PC a bit crazy. I said no to Statins, no to Metformine, YES to Berberine, Benfotamine, and adding nutritional Yeast to my eggs in the am. I told him sure we can do the calcium CT scan but that I demanded (in a nice way) a T3 test even though my T4 said my Thyroid was fine. zero on the CT scan--- super low T3. And I've been including Brazil nuts and feeling like my digestion has been better. I'm excited to finally be getting answers and balancing things out. I've cut way down on carbs and slowly added in more movement. Everyone is starting to take notice, and I'm sleeping a bit better. So much of this is thanks to you! Keep up the great work and shun the naysayers. Much Aloha and light!
As always, wonderful video Dr.. Berg, thank you. Have a blessed weekend everyone. ❤

So thankful for your expertise Dr. Berg. My husband had a stroke 5 years ago, and was also diagnosed with bladder cancer, double whammy! Since then we've changed our diet, to mostly keto, started intermitent fasting, and adding the foods/ vitamins and minerals you suggested. Great to learn about Natto, so my husband can get off the statins. You are a real life saver!
That's great! Statins are so bad for you!
Hope your husband is doing much better 😊
Look up Dr. Thomas Seyfried. He's a PhD cancer metabolism expert and professor for over 30 years. Cancer is a metabolic disease, not genetic. Glad your husband is doing keto. Glucose and glutamine are the drivers of cancer. Dr. Seyfried explains the metabolic therapies that defeat this disease that conventional docs won't offer. Also look up Joe Tippens and Fenbendazole! Fenbendazole is one of the metabolic therapies.
I've looked almost everywhere for plaques remedy, only to see this now🥺. Thank you so much ❤❤❤

Dr. Berg I just want to thank you so much for your knowledge research and sharing with the public on how to take personal power back with their health. With that being said, I do know a cardiothoracic surgeon who’s was dealing with some clogged arteries and his own MD put him on statins, which in a week, put him in kidney renal failure and put him in ICU from that point on he could no longer do surgery because basically he had a nervous break down
I just caught on to your videos they were suggested. Don't know where to start with all of them. I have had DVT twice once from an injury and recently after a battle with covid. Awesome! Glad it could help.
I am SO GLAD you are sharing this information, Dr. Berg !!!!!! I've been using Nattokinase for over 30 years... since I turned 40. I don't eat much of any of the inflammatory foods, but as a child I witnessed what my maternal grandmother went through for 8 years after a stroke that left her bedridden. I use a fairly strong Nattokinase that is 195mg AND has a potency of 6750FU (fibrin dissolving units). When I had retina damage from leukemia from large, deformed white blood cells breaking the tiny capillaries in the retinas while trying to go through, scar tissue developed making electric poles look like Z's. The retina MD knew about Nattokinase but was amazed that in 6-8 months all scar tissue was gone with me taking 5-6 a day of the Nattokinase. He said that with almost 400,000 white blood cell count (normal is 3,000-10,500) that the Nattokinase I was taking BEFORE leukemia diagnosis likely saved me from a massive stroke. It is SO GOOD to see this information getting out. ♥♥♥
thanks for sharing this. Best to you. Elizabeth.
Great you here.
Does the Nattokinase have k2 in it? Do you need it ? What brand you do?
@@joanneclark8256I use Swanson Nattozimes that contains 195mg AND 6750 FU (fibrin dissolving units) potency. It should be taken with water on an empty stomach. I find no information that Nattokinase contains K2. The fermented food natto that the Nattokinase enzyme comes from is rich in K2 but you have to really cultivate a taste for natto. It is slimly, stinky fermented soybeans.
In addition to using it to dissolve the scar tissue in my retinas, I used it years ago to dissolve the floaters in my eyes. It again, took several a day for months to do the job. At 73 I have no floaters in y eyes. Last year I had an ultrasound to see if I had buildup of plaque in the arteries of my neck. The scan showed almost no buildup. They were shocked.
I man I heard of had a WBC of One Million. Personally, my count was 350,000 before treatment.
@@scottslotterbeck3796I now understand the value of yearly bloodwork which could have caught my WBC at maybe 30,000 or less the first year. I've been Dr. Mom taking care of myself, family, friends and clients with natural herbs and supplements for so many years after being damaged by MDs at 18-20 years of age. Glad your health situation got caught before you had a stroke.
You're amazing, Dr. Berg! Is there a product that you would highly recommend? I trust you! Thank you...
Natto! Nice, I started eating natto in Japan over ten years ago and still do once or twice a month, it really is amazing. You can find it in the United States at Asian supermarkets, mix it vigorously with both sauce packets until it’s frothy and eat up! Goes well with rice🙏🏻
Great video Dr. Breg. What is the optimal supplement daily dosage for an adult over fifty years?
Dr. Berg, I went to the video about what a meal looks like that helps clear your arteries that you recommended at the end of this video and my question is, how many times per week do we eat a meal like that? I love salmon and sauerkraut, but how often to we eat these foods? The dosing is important. Also, love your videos and thank you for all your hard work! God bless!
I make my own saurkraut and have some most evert day,,
You would have to eat healthy foods like that every day.
@@88Gemma
Thats not a problem at all. I make my own sauerkraut and I eat salmon often. Its just I watched one if his videos once and he said to eat salmon or a fish high in omega 3 at least 3 times a week. Is it the same for artery clearing? Or is 3 times a week good for salmon but every day for sauerkraut. I eat healthy. Im very blessed that my wife is a gormet chef so eating healthy isnt a problem. I just dont want to blow through all my sauerkraut before I can make more because I know I can trust mine. Anyways, thank you for your response friend. I appreciate it. God bless you!
@@scottsmith9438
Me too! So good! I eat some about 3-4 days a week. I grow the cabbage to make it so I know I can trust it. Thanks for your response! Really appreciate it! God bless you!
@@papaduck2443 personally i take cod liver oil every day because eating salmon that often seems a bit unrealistic (especially financially, if you want to buy good quality fish…) I also found that kimchi seems to be way easier to be found in high quality (organic, raw, no unnecessary ingredients) than sauerkraut. I did make my own but similar to you, i‘d go trough it way too fast if i wanted to eat some of it every day. I could not find a single packaged sauerkraut that was not either pasteurized or had maltodextrin in it, let alone be organic. Not even at the health food store. I was really bummed out until i checked the kimchi and was positively surprised😊 maybe you can find some in your area too! I went trough the sauerkraut i made from a whole head of cabbage in about three days, so i‘d have to make a new batch every two days and that just is not going to happen, lol. I wish you good health! ✨
Thanks so much for this advice! Thank you!
You're most welcome!
All hail to Dr. Berg!! I also do my personal research….and his advice/suggestions have aided me in self care. Ahna
Hi Dr. Berg, I'm a huge fan! I was surprised though that you didn't talk about how 1 serving of nattokinase has 38% calcium and 50% magnesium daily recommended values. Your other videos discuss balancing magnesium and calcium (really all electrolytes) so thought it was an interesting correlation and naturally balanced food. Also high in vit C (anti-inflammatory). Would also warn people that it is 83% of daily iron so adjust any other high iron foods/supplements accordingly.
So glad that you brought this to our attention Donald Nelson, because I am taking magnesium and vitamin C supplements along with the nattokinase. I feel good but am finding it difficult to balance all the vitamins and minerals needed to be healthy at age 74!
so you recommend stop taking magnesium?
I was not recommending anything as I'm not a physician. I was just cautioning that it is high in magnesium, iron, and calcium and that has a naturally balanced ratio to these levels. I found it interesting that these elements are all closely related to cardio health and that there is a possible correlation to why this food is so good at cleaning up plaque; or if there is more to it. I'd love to hear what Dr. Berg has to say on this topic.
@@donaldnelson5647 You know i take daily nattokinase with magnesium and iron supplements and after taking iron i felt a pain in left stomach area, so that explains it huh
Nattokinase in natto can increase by a factor 10 by making natto with mixed foods. One patent measures 10X NK and vit. K2 from natto made from soybeans, barley, and sweet potato. I make mine with black beans, oats, and sweet potato. The goo is visibly increased. NK is just the enzyme that the bacillus produces to degrade proteins (this organism feeds on proteins, not carbs). This is the one high carb food you want to indulge on. 30 grams a day will give you massive doses.
Can you provide any reference "how to" for what you're doing? Trying to reduce supps & increase fermented foods. Fermenting sourkraut, kefir & kombucha already but this looks fabulous!
Recipe please
you soak the 45%black beans and 40%oats for a day (black beans are best, but oats can be substituted with rye or wheat with good results). You grate the 15%sweet potato (beets also fine), coarse grating. Throw everything into the pressure cooker and cook until soft (40 mins). open the cooker and mix the hot mess with either natto from the store or spores bought online (there is a way to harvest bacillus from the wild). Spread in a shallow tray with restricted air flow (google how to, I use cheap aluminum oven trays with their lids stabbed with a small knife about 100 times per lid) and keep at 108F for a day. I make two trays, 6kg, at a time. many recipes on the web. yogurt maker makes it very easy but I use a wooden box with a lamp as heat source. you can freeze the 6kg in many ziploc packets.

I’ve recently had my bloods done in the UK by my NHS GP as I’ve just turned 50. The only thing that came back bad was my TOTAL cholesterol, which in the UK was 8.1 (313 in the US). However, they only test total cholesterol and was told I MUST go on statins. He wasn’t interested in finding out the breakdown of HDL/LDL and when I said I didn’t want the statins and I’d rather go down the diet/exercise route, his actual words were,
“We don’t prescribe diets”.
……….Says it all.
I’ve ordered a private full cholesterol breakdown to see exactly what’s going on.
Good for you! All they’re interested is in put you on a prescription.. the more the better for them.. My cardiologist told me that my good cholesterol was higher than my bad cholesterol and that was good enough for me.
@@nicara64same here, my good cholesterol is high and yet in the past 10 years they have been pushing the pills on me. No way.
Do you use the NHS app? My numbers were noted on the app. Total cholesterol was high, but on looking at my numbers on the app, my HDL was higher than my LDL. GP took that on-board and didn't prescribe statins.
@@catherinewilkes1755 Thanks for that. Doctor never told me they were available on there.

Find a decent brand and read the reviews. Most of the good name Brand supps are very effective. I use it daily too. Excellent supplement!! A game changer.
@cgkuch4184 I went to the health food store and bought some. I spoke with one of the store associates and they helped me. You are correct, I've noticed a change already. My pressure went down significantly. Thanks for the tip
@@bnatural0415 ☺️
Are you guys purchasing the supplement pills?
Merci Docteur vous êtes le meilleur !
Thank you for your great and valuable videos.
You're very welcome!
Please address the potential side effect of bleeding in those predisposed. Keep up the great work.
Thanks dr for the great video ❤❤❤
Most welcome! Glad you liked it!
Nattokinase, I might have to make /prepare for myself. Thanks for the information Doc. 😊
You're most welcome!
I absolutely love Natto. Got it at a Japanese restaurant and have been buying it now for years at a local store. Mix it with a bit of soy sauce and spicy mustard...so good! Don't let the smell put you off!
Does it come on shelf or frozen?
@@awc8270 Unfortunately frozen so not as potent
Now I need a recipe of how to make Natto from soybeans without using pre-made natto for fermentation. I hope you make a video about it. Thanks.
Dr Berg, i noticed you only have one video about abdominal hernia. Can you please make another one? Thanks.
Here you go: th-cam.com/video/uyoJW3Rh31Y/w-d-xo.html
Hope it helps answer your question!
Doc, just finished a 3 month course as a recommendation for cleaning out the Covid drug Toxins and you come out with this on top! Wow! Maybe you could research and cover this?
What did the course recommend? I got the shot and wnqt to clean it out.
if he did this, youtube would probably take down his channel. I doubt he will risk that.
He avoids the subject like the plague ! There is no way of getting it out the system 🤷♂️
Try bromelaine
Rumble video channel might be a good option.
You have absolutely amazing videos, many talking about various herbs, etc to take. Do you have any information that combines a lot of these to take on a daily basis? There is so much good stuff to take but the info is spread throughout your videos. I hope my question makes sense.
Hello. I have a few here: www.youtube.com/@DrEricBergDC/search?query=super%20%20food
Thank you for this advice.
You're very welcome.
Thank you Dr Berg❤
You're welcome!
Please dr Berg can you talk about intercranial pressure?
This is exactly what I've been looking for
Glad you found it useful.
The latest I've read is that the lower the triglycerides the better off one is. I have high triglycerides and it reflects on my LDL levels. I have plaque building up and am cutting out all processed foods in my diet. No more white flour, sugar, or white rice. I've done this before and my triglycerides plummet and so do my LDL's.
Now the hard part is to keep that going with more vegetables and fruit. I like everything I eat (except raw fish) so it's not so hard for me. But look at the foods we buy. Everything has a processed something in it for shelf life.
If I eat bread it's now wheat berry ground into a flour that I will eat. Not a lot, but a little bit.
I got results within two months of taking nattokinase with serrapeptase every morning on an empty stomach. Lower resting heart rate and BP went from prehypertensive to optimal. Even HRV is slowly but surely improving thanks to potassium and magnesium supplementation.
We're you taking a supplement of the Nattokinase and if so, which brand? I want to start this asap. Thank you
@@1990hondarc30, one more thing: Don't discount the potassium and magnesium supplementation. Most people are deficient in both by the time they hit their forties. Potassium citrate and magnesium threonate are my favorites but magnesium gluconate is a close second. Avoid magnesium citrate unless you're looking for loose bowels.
Where did you get it?
Water doesn’t have the minerals anymore
Is it from Mitolife?
Commercial natto is often grown on chickpeas, but I have heard you can add nattokinase bacteria to yoghurt and kefir and grow it those mediums too.
Great information, I love Natto, have eaten it for many years, I didn't know all of these benefits of eating Natto. Thank you! In Japanese, they say Natto Kinase, phonetically like this (Not tow, Key Na Say)
Yes, I just had some. Good with fish or any meat. Thanks again and again.
If this guy does not get at least nominated for the nobel prize my faith in humanity will be lost. As always thanks doctor
wtf you talking about dude
He's good but there are others that I like even more.
The Nobel prize has is garbage now. The Nobel peace prize was given to Obama, who is a vicious war monger.
@@Worldrust348 Obama got the Nobel prize for peace. What garbage.
@Worldrust348 🤣🤣 I love when fools think they are smart. So this is copy/pasted freely off google Six Nobel Prizes are awarded each year, one in each of the following categories: literature, physics, chemistry, peace, economics, and physiology & medicine. Notably absent from this list is an award for Mathematics. Now thinking back on it he can be nominated for 3 nobel prizes 🤦♂️damn you are intelligent. Good job 👏
Love natto, wish it was more available in stores, feel a lot better after eating it. If you don’t like the texture mix with a small amount of rice makes it very palatable.
How do you use this and what is the best method and where to buy?
I saw it at Walmart.@@patriciastaton6182
Swanson also has it.
