Shut up and stop hating. I can’t stand people that solely put their trust and faith in a doctor simply because they have a degree. Do the research yourself and then make a conscious decision for yourself. Or just trust a doctor like the rest of the world and be told to get a stent installed.
Wow. Well, i can say that he has helped me tremendously. That's a lot more than I can say about docs who push chemical pills at me. Smh, Western Med needs a revamp, and not by wealthy ppl. Do your research. @ThomasMackay-i8h

Dr Berg I was 18 and 112 lbs and my cholesterol was 420. They put me on statins and I quit them after 4 months due to severe side effects. I’m 47 now and still alive without their statins. If I die today, it was worth it having a good quality life. I’m gonna try this supplement now.
I am SO GLAD you are sharing this information, Dr. Berg !!!!!! I've been using Nattokinase for over 30 years... since I turned 40. I don't eat much of any of the inflammatory foods, but as a child I witnessed what my maternal grandmother went through for 8 years after a stroke that left her bedridden. I use a fairly strong Nattokinase that is 195mg AND has a potency of 6750FU (fibrin dissolving units). When I had retina damage from leukemia from large, deformed white blood cells breaking the tiny capillaries in the retinas while trying to go through, scar tissue developed making electric poles look like Z's. The retina MD knew about Nattokinase but was amazed that in 6-8 months all scar tissue was gone with me taking 5-6 a day of the Nattokinase. He said that with almost 400,000 white blood cell count (normal is 3,000-10,500) that the Nattokinase I was taking BEFORE leukemia diagnosis likely saved me from a massive stroke. It is SO GOOD to see this information getting out. ♥♥♥
@@joanneclark8256I use Swanson Nattozimes that contains 195mg AND 6750 FU (fibrin dissolving units) potency. It should be taken with water on an empty stomach. I find no information that Nattokinase contains K2. The fermented food natto that the Nattokinase enzyme comes from is rich in K2 but you have to really cultivate a taste for natto. It is slimly, stinky fermented soybeans. In addition to using it to dissolve the scar tissue in my retinas, I used it years ago to dissolve the floaters in my eyes. It again, took several a day for months to do the job. At 73 I have no floaters in y eyes. Last year I had an ultrasound to see if I had buildup of plaque in the arteries of my neck. The scan showed almost no buildup. They were shocked.

After reading warnings and side effects I told my Dr I counldn't take these meds and showed him written proof from multiple medical websites why I couldn't. I agree but I think we're so brainwashed as we are with everything else the world tells you is true they lie about everything they teach you theories they tell you what to believe a nation of workers not a nation of thinkers so they dumb down the education. I don't think people know to ask about anything really food prescriptions the truth of anything they don't question it because they've been brainwashed not to they are trained we are trained to not ask questions and to trust the lab coat person even though they don't give you a resolution they never know what's going on you find more on Google and TH-cam and they give you symptomatic prescription drugs. So thankful for your expertise Dr. Berg. My husband had a stroke 5 years ago, and was also diagnosed with bladder cancer, double whammy! As someone with a pseudoaneurysm on the carodit artery and a family history of brain aneurysms I find this very important information. I asked my neurosurgeon and multiple doctors many questions about possible treatments, lifestyle changes and which foods/herbs/spices to consume in order to heal and prevent more in the future. I was told to live my life and take a baby aspirin every day to avoid blood clots. My research has shown baby aspirin is not even an effective way to prevent blood clots. I have insurance. The fact that no medical doctors were able to give me real advice is absurd. Thank you for this information.
You are welcome! Here is the summary 👉 Potential benefits of Nattokinase: 1. It may help break up clots 2. It may help clear up nasal polyps 3. It may help decrease oxidized LDL 4. It has anti-inflammatory properties 5. It may help lower blood pressure 6. It inhibits the thickening of the artery walls 7. It may help increase HDL and lower triglycerides 8. It may help decrease the risk of strokes 9. It was shown to shrink plaquing in the aorta when combined with ginseng in animal studies.
Nattokinase in natto can increase by a factor 10 by making natto with mixed foods. One patent measures 10X NK and vit. K2 from natto made from soybeans, barley, and sweet potato. I make mine with black beans, oats, and sweet potato. The goo is visibly increased. NK is just the enzyme that the bacillus produces to degrade proteins (this organism feeds on proteins, not carbs). This is the one high carb food you want to indulge on. 30 grams a day will give you massive doses.
Can you provide any reference "how to" for what you're doing? Trying to reduce supps & increase fermented foods. Fermenting sourkraut, kefir & kombucha already but this looks fabulous!
you soak the 45%black beans and 40%oats for a day (black beans are best, but oats can be substituted with rye or wheat with good results). You grate the 15%sweet potato (beets also fine), coarse grating. Throw everything into the pressure cooker and cook until soft (40 mins). open the cooker and mix the hot mess with either natto from the store or spores bought online (there is a way to harvest bacillus from the wild). Spread in a shallow tray with restricted air flow (google how to, I use cheap aluminum oven trays with their lids stabbed with a small knife about 100 times per lid) and keep at 108F for a day. I make two trays, 6kg, at a time. many recipes on the web. yogurt maker makes it very easy but I use a wooden box with a lamp as heat source. you can freeze the 6kg in many ziploc packets.

Thank you for all your wonderful advice! The correct pronunciation is "knot", as in "tie a knot", or "not", as in "not so fast". And, the 'tt' is a double 'tt' so it is a hard 'tt". Nattokinase is not pronounced like when we say, "NATO", as in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

It's spelled natto, but actually pronounced (NOT-toe) not NAY-toe. It's made with fermentated soybeans. It's hard to eat because it's really slimy and smells terrible. But it's a common Japanese breakfast food. If you ask a Japanese person for Nayto they won't have any idea what you're talking about because it'll sound like a totally different word. But, good to know it's good for getting rid of plaque. I'll have to eat it more often.

After the first time I ate it, I haven't been able to stop eating it, especially with a raw egg and olive oil mixed up in its own package. The most delicious way to wake up here in Japan for me.
It most certainly is an acquired taste that’s for sure. I tried it years ago for my osteoporosis, very good for bones. I could never get used to it. Trying it again now. I have an Asian store near me that sells natto in a small three pack ( 3 serving) I bought the soy beans and am planning to make my own. ( I am still not sure I will get used to it but will give it another try!) I take statins and would love to get off them! And eat something that benefits my bones to! Double win in my book! ❤️
What about all the bad things you hear about soy? The oil is very bad for you, very high in lectins, oxalates, and ??? I just went carnivore 32 days ago, for what it is worth. Edit: Does the fermentation reduce significantly or eliminate those?
Had no idea. I knew Nato, (pronounced Nah-Toe) was healthy, but I didn't know it helped unclog arteries. Nato is such an acquired taste. It took me a while but I'm finally eating it once a week. Now, I love it! Japanese often eat nato for breakfast with miso soup.
The latest I've read is that the lower the triglycerides the better off one is. I have high triglycerides and it reflects on my LDL levels. I have plaque building up and am cutting out all processed foods in my diet. No more white flour, sugar, or white rice. I've done this before and my triglycerides plummet and so do my LDL's. Now the hard part is to keep that going with more vegetables and fruit. I like everything I eat (except raw fish) so it's not so hard for me. But look at the foods we buy. Everything has a processed something in it for shelf life. If I eat bread it's now wheat berry ground into a flour that I will eat. Not a lot, but a little bit.

Thank you Dr. Berg. After watching your podcasts I asked my cardiologist if there was anything I could take to clean out plack build up in my arteries. He said he hasn't seen any evidence of proof, and he would know he's a cardiologist
Most if not all md's will claim there's "no evidence " of a supplement doing anything positive. An eye dr told me this 10 yrs ago. I pulled my phone out and showed him several studies (from the N.I.H.) showing billberry had positive results. The good dr shook his head and walked off. They don't look for the evidence much less know the facts.

Hi Dr. Berg, I just read this on the Memorial Sloan Kettering website: "Theoretically, nattokinase can cause an existing clot to dislodge due to its fibrinolytic property, resulting in a stroke or embolus at a distal location. Patients with a history of deep vein thrombosis should avoid of use nattokinase." Is that something to be concerned about even if there is no history of deep vein thrombosis?
Hi Dr. Berg, I'm a huge fan! I was surprised though that you didn't talk about how 1 serving of nattokinase has 38% calcium and 50% magnesium daily recommended values. Your other videos discuss balancing magnesium and calcium (really all electrolytes) so thought it was an interesting correlation and naturally balanced food. Also high in vit C (anti-inflammatory). Would also warn people that it is 83% of daily iron so adjust any other high iron foods/supplements accordingly.
So glad that you brought this to our attention Donald Nelson, because I am taking magnesium and vitamin C supplements along with the nattokinase. I feel good but am finding it difficult to balance all the vitamins and minerals needed to be healthy at age 74!
I was not recommending anything as I'm not a physician. I was just cautioning that it is high in magnesium, iron, and calcium and that has a naturally balanced ratio to these levels. I found it interesting that these elements are all closely related to cardio health and that there is a possible correlation to why this food is so good at cleaning up plaque; or if there is more to it. I'd love to hear what Dr. Berg has to say on this topic.

Shut up and stop hating. I can’t stand people that solely put their trust and faith in a doctor simply because they have a degree. Do the research yourself and then make a conscious decision for yourself. Or just trust a doctor like the rest of the world and be told to get a stent installed.

Thanks for sharing your story.
I'm young and have had poor diet decisions. This is very valuable information that I'll share with my family and dad
thanks for sharing this. Best to you. Elizabeth.
Great you here.
Does the Nattokinase have k2 in it? Do you need it ? What brand you do?

Most patients do NOT question doctors on prescriptions.
Most people don’t question - anything!
All doctors give you two minutes to ask anything and they out of the door.
I was seeing my dr for over 30 years. During this time I refused to take at least 4 scripts he gave me to take. Every meds a Dr gives me I research it on my on own. After reading warnings and side effects I told my Dr I counldn't take these meds and showed him written proof from multiple medical websites why I couldn't. He said nothing. 4 times over a 10 year period this happened. Good Dr but sometimes Drs make mistakes. 100 of thousand people die from Drs mistakes each year.
If it was for Drs I wouldn't be alive right now. I have the utmost respect for them. I'm just saying we have to be careful, sometimes the best intentions could go wrong. And Pray to your God! for protection.
Philosopher Kant said in the 1700s in his great essay about the enlightenment that the only way to think deeply and critically is when you disobey. He said disobey your teacher, the priest, the physicians. You have to question any higher authority in order to think.
So I think the idea is to question everything and do some research yourself for all of us that's what we should be getting out there

Thank you Dr Berg. 😊
Recipe please
you soak the 45%black beans and 40%oats for a day (black beans are best, but oats can be substituted with rye or wheat with good results).

I stopped taking statins and started a regiment of nattokinase & Magnesium glycinate before bed and Zinc, D3 and Omega3 in the morning while continuing my high blood pressure medication. Movement in my arm is returning and my BP is now 115/69
Dear Dr. Eric Berg DC,
Your videos have been incredibly helpful to me so far, and I appreciate all the valuable information you provide. However, managing my diabetes, high blood pressure, and IBD through a suitable diet has become quite challenging. I would greatly appreciate it if you could offer guidance or remedies to help me control these conditions. Thank you for being so supportive.
been eating なっと for over a decade and I still remember how nauceous it used to make me when my wife prepared it for herself in the morning. Almost broke up with her for it.
Carnivore myself but understand one thing we both agree meat is food. Plants are medicine.
You have saved lots of lives God bless you a lot 🙏
Thanks for your message. Wishing you good health!
is black tea good for clots?
Had no idea. I knew Nato, (pronounced Nah-Toe) was healthy, but I didn't know it helped unclog arteries. Nato is such an acquired taste. It took me a while but I'm finally eating it once a week. Now, I love it! Japanese often eat nato for breakfast with miso soup.
Thanks Dr. Berg, while i don't have any plaque issue the best defense is a good offense, i'll slide this a side dish into a few meals each week
Thank you so much Doctor Berg. IT'S so great topic.. IT'S solving my problem ❤
Glad to help!
And you just keep saving our lives precious Dr Berg….. how we love you!!!! ❤🙌🏼

I've been using Natto as a supplement for over 16 years .
Had a young M.D tell me I'd have to be on Warfarin the rest of my life ? 🤔
Anyways ...😉
Ty Doctor Berg for the wealth of health knowledge you share and are so passionate about .
One of the few who truly care 🙏❤️
My pleasure! Glad to help!

As always, wonderful video Dr.. Berg, thank you. Have a blessed weekend everyone. ❤
Glad to know that you liked this post!

Thank you Dr. Berg. After watching your podcasts I asked my cardiologist if there was anything I could take to clean out plack build up in my arteries. He said he hasn't seen any evidence of proof, and he would know he's a cardiologist
Where did he look?
Dr's need help too
The best doctor outcomes would be considered failed ai models.
The pharmaceutical 'industry' has trained him. The only thing he's going to suggest are the drugs that he's paid to push.
Natto! Nice, I started eating natto in Japan over ten years ago and still do once or twice a month, it really is amazing. You can find it in the United States at Asian supermarkets, mix it vigorously with both sauce packets until it’s frothy and eat up! Goes well with rice🙏🏻
Love this video! Asked my cardiologist if there was anything I should take to clean out my arteries. He stated No its a part of your body. HOW IS THIS LEGAL? Had a widow maker heart attack......so major n taking NO STATINS.
Glad you love this. Thanks for watching. Wishing you good health.
Dr. Berg; you are the GODsend; you are saving millions and millions and millions of lives around the world. greetings from the Federated States of Micronesia
Because if your advise, my high HDL disappeared. So happy!
Do you have to eat it or is it acceptable to take the pill? Since I started watching your videos I have gone from 299lbs to 227lbs thank you.
How did you lose that and how long? Did you do IF and Keto?
Thank you Dr. Berg !
Your input is always very helpful 😇🙏🏼
Which is better, netto food or it's supplement nattokinas with VIT-K2 MK-7, for LAD 50% blockage.
Fantastic video! Your top remedy for cleaning plaque from arteries is both informative and actionable. Thanks for providing such valuable health tips!
Where can we buy natto? I went to H Mart and the frozen natto products all have like 5 different kinds of msg, yeast extract, hydrolyzed soy protein, glutamate. Etc…
Amazon
That will all be in the sauce. Just don’t mix that in. Use your own mustard and an egg.
The actual natto is soybeans (99%) and bacillus natto.
Wonder if ALL fermented foods have this benefit? I eat kimchi almost daily.
Just buy the supplement
I thought soy wasn’t healthy for us? Is this something to use as a preventative measure as well?
American soy is bad, I believe Natto is fermented
Outstanding Commentary!!!! Priceless!!! Thank You!!
Most welcome! Glad you liked it!
Great love this one thanks ---- My daughter and son in law think I "m crazy buying this remedies. thank u for this solid information makes life just a lot better for me and my clots
You're welcome. Wishing good health to you and your family.
Great information, I love Natto, have eaten it for many years, I didn't know all of these benefits of eating Natto. Thank you! In Japanese, they say Natto Kinase, phonetically like this (Not tow, Key Na Say)

Please dr Berg can you talk about intercranial pressure?
Omg Love your content ! Thank you so much !

Hi Dr. Berg, I just read this on the Memorial Sloan Kettering website: "Theoretically, nattokinase can cause an existing clot to dislodge due to its fibrinolytic property, resulting in a stroke or embolus at a distal location. Patients with a history of deep vein thrombosis should avoid of use nattokinase."
Is that something to be concerned about even if there is no history of deep vein thrombosis?
Absolutely fantastic videos. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us.
Glad you enjoy them! Thank you for watching.
I feel good but am finding it difficult to balance all the vitamins and minerals needed to be healthy at age 74!
so you recommend stop taking magnesium?
I was not recommending anything as I'm not a physician. I was just cautioning that it is high in magnesium, iron, and calcium and that has a naturally balanced ratio to these levels. I found it interesting that these elements are all closely related to cardio health and that there is a possible correlation to why this food is so good at cleaning up plaque; or if there is more to it. I'd love to hear what Dr. Berg has to say on this topic.
@@donaldnelson5647 You know i take daily nattokinase with magnesium and iron supplements and after taking iron i felt a pain in left stomach area, so that explains it huh
This afternoon I looked at my mother in a hospital bed, suffering with Dementia, cancer, neuropathy, liver damage, and wondered what a difference statins had made to her life from super fit 72 yr old to a bedridden confused lady, all so pharma could make more money, pure evil.

If nattokinase is fermented soybeans and soybeans are high in oxalates, it stands that nattokinase is high as well. And those of us who have an oxalate issue can't ingest it. What to do?
Dr. Berg I just want to thank you so much for your knowledge research and sharing with the public on how to take personal power back with their health. With that being said, I do know a cardiothoracic surgeon who’s was dealing with some clogged arteries and his own MD put him on statins, which in a week, put him in kidney renal failure and put him in ICU from that point on he could no longer do surgery because basically he had a nervous break down
God bless you Dr Berg for calling out the lies!!
Thank you Dr. Berg for all the information you provide in your videos!
I see people complaining because Dr. Berg doesn’t respond to their comments/questions.
Although Dr. Berg is a Dr. he is not your Dr. Therefore, he does not have your medical history. Please talk to your Dr. before you take any supplements/medicines. Especially, if you have allergies, medical issues, etc.
I never comment however I have to say Thank you for always providing great information and recommendations. Keep up the fantastic work and thank you for making a positive difference in the world and staying true to your doctors oath.
Thank you very much for your encouraging message. Greatly appreciate it. Stay safe and healthy!
