    For anyone wondering if it works, doing this routine for just 5 days healed my wrist more than it healed naturally by doing nothing for 2 months

    I swear to God I had an extreme pain in my right wrist for like 2 years until I found this video 1 month ago and my wrist pain just disappeared, I went to doctors and nothing helped me more than this, I really wanna say thank you man.

    Too anyone that cares. I commented almost 5 weeks ago about how it feels better after the first try and then started this routine twice a day, once when i wake up and before i go to sleep. Now my wrist feels amazing, its not 100% yet but i can already tell it will be in a week or so. Thank you so much for the video, it has helped so much!!!!!

    0:48 - Flexion & Extension
    1:18 - Radial & Ulnar Deviation
    1:53 - Wrist circles (Clock wise 30 seconds, Counterclock wise 30 seconds)
    2:58 - Distraction (Decompression)
    4:03 - Flexion & Extension
    6:13 - Lateral Thumb Stretch
    Exercise/Stregthening
    7:13 - Recommend follow through

      Knee strengthening routine:
      - One legged squats raised; low range of motion for 10 reps
      - Sissy squats w/ support for 10 reps
      - Wall sits, toes raised for 30 seconds
      - 10 second knee stretch each set
      Perform for 3+ sets

      @@michaelfurlonger5958 Awesome! this truly works! I had the pain from December 2023 up too may 2024, and with doing what to Doctor said, strength came back, to my grip and I still do it, every week for 10 to 20 minutes and use now a kettle bell 6kg Awesome video, worth every minute. 👍👍

    I have TFCC problem in my wrist but I can't find a doctor in Hong Kong who can treat my wrist. I watch this video and do exercises every night. My wrist is much better now, thank you Doctor. Jared.

    Wow thank you from the bottom of my heart! I have been doing these exercises 2x per day for about 10 days and am finally seeing real results! I can see how my weak wrists weren’t naturally made for the calisthenics exercises I have been doing for the past 6 months.. now I see the importance of strengthening my hands and wrists in order to keep my whole body fit!

      Damn, it's the same for me. I didn't realise starting calisthenics would have that much of an impact on my wrist.
      I blamed the pain on an accident i met months ago, but that didn't explain the pain in my other hand which started later on. I guess our wrists aren't meant to hold that much stress. We must train them too.

    It's been a month I had pain on my wrist, thumb side. I thought it was De Quervain's Disease but there was no swelling. Later, I felt some pain developing on the little finger side of the wrist and looked up. Came to this video and went along with it. The pain on my thumb side is gone and so on the little finger side. Just from 1 try. I do hope to do this once everyday.

    I was rather skeptical about this exercise at first bcos the pain had been with me for couple of months already and I thought how could these exercises help me? A big thank you after trying it out, it certainly does alleviate the pain that I was suffering all this while. Seems like the joins or the tendons were much more relax and my wrist is able to move in different orientations with much ease. I m gonna do these exercises diligently and hopefully it will gradually recover.

    For anyone wondering if this works, it does, but it will take some time, and you need to stay consistent over days and patience is key, let your body heal, as long as it might take, it will heal.

    I just had pain for days from BJJ. I tried it on my left wrist and pain completely gone from first try!

    The decompression movement helped me the most. I think it's from doing burpees almost everyday of the week.

    Did this routine for 2 days, and now I got chronic pain my thumb's tendon, even did it on my previously pain free right wrist, and now it is just as bad as my left wrist (which wasn't this bad before I tried this, I just had pain when playing videogames and thought this would help strengthen it). Be careful guys, it doesn't work for everyone. Before you comment "you did it wrong" I didn't, I just had a different issue than the one these routines aim to fix, and fucked myself up in the process.

    I'm right handed and I've been having pain in my left wrist for weeks. I purchased a left handed wrist brace off Amazon that only made it worse when I slept with it on. I just went through this exercise video with you and I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks.

    Thank u man i injured my wrist 2days ago while bench pressing and put ice on it after it healing a bit the mobility felt off and i couldn't do push exercises but after doing this today i feel really better

    After decades of playing guitar, piano, and violin, and doing computer work every day, my right wrist probably has carpal tunnel or arthritis. I've been having a lot of pain lately. These exercises offer temporary relief, which is fantastic. I need surgery though.

    I’ve had wrist pain off and on for months; all of a sudden my heavy weight curls started the pain. Then I decided to add in capoeira to cross train, though it’s more pressure on wrists. 😱 These stretches are seriously helping after only four days-and I haven’t stopped my activities!! I can’t wait to experience results after a week or two.

    Hi there,
    Im havin wrist pain in my right hand for like 7-8 years now. I got injured in the gym back then - I think it must have been too weak and I overused it. Ever since then I have pain when Im trying to use it, so I try to avoid such activities. No doc has seen anything wrong with my wrist.
    I hope this one helps, although im pretty sure it will hurt at first as hell.

    Wow this really helped and I will continue to do these exercises- my wrist felt strained last night post athletic conditioning class and was hurting most of today.
    I did do some cold therapy with an ice pack but these exercises provided some immediate relief! ☝️👌

    After a pretty good and painful sprain in the gym, I let my hand sit in a brace for 2 days not using it much. On the 3rd I'm using it and have done the simple mobilisation work. Will continue this for the next couple days and add some strength work after that. With the help of wrist wraps i've just bought hopefully wrist sprains happen less

    Followed along today for the first time and felt an almost immediate relief from the pain I've had for 3 months now!     this one actually works i had a wrist pain from hitting the heavy bag and when i tried it it works like magic i did this stretch when i wake up and when i'm going to sleep it will take a while depends on the person age but in five days you will feel the change

    This really helped thanks! What i did is i did this exercise and then put my wrist in a comfy position then i just slept overnight and it worked thanks!

    I have a wrist pain after overplaying the guitar - I think. Did this for the first time and it immediately feels better. Gonna keep that routine, especially the stretching excercise for now

    Just tried this today going to keep doing it. My wrist has been hurting consistently for a year now. Off and on for a couple years before that. Makes it hard to work and I want to get consistent with weight training so hopefully this helps.

    feels actually so much better. couple weeks ago i was hitting the bag without gloves or anything… Well i hit it so hard that it caused a huge ache in my whole body. Next day i tried to workout but could not do anything because of the pain. Now that i did this i can move my wrist more than before without that same pain. I hope the pain does not come back. I really need to start training my wrist elbows etc…

    Broke the pisaform bone. It healed, however, I developed tendonitis in the hand/wrist. I’m a yogi and it’s been a struggle regaining my normal function. I went to my ortho who suggested OT. I’m going this route right here. I just did the full routine once and already my wrist feels better. Consistent is key.

      Update 3 weeks later. I’m FINALLY able to play piano for an extended time period without having pain!
      Been doing the stretches daily and the strengthening every other day.

    Thanks for this. I don't know what's been going on with my wrist or how long, but I'm a programmer by trade and artist by hobby. I have been excessively on the keyboard and working out in my spare time instead recently, and as soon as I came back to the pen and paper today I could tell something was up as five minutes in my wrist was already cramping (something that rarely happened to me in the past.). when I was rolling my wrist it felt like a bag of gravel at first. pulling the wrist up and down and decompressing it actually felt great. rolling my wrist after there weren't so many worrying feelings after 😅

    Excellent series of videos - friendly, but also very professional, with a clear focus from the very start. I found them exceptionally helpful and very easy to follow and implement, but just one word of caution - there are a lot of videos for a large range of varying issues, so make sure you don't just start with the first one that seems to be your issue - there may well be others in the list which are more appropriate. I simply say that because that's exactly what happened to me. Overall I've found all the advice and exercises so very helpful - thank you again!
