    I work at FedEx & I over use my wrist when i lift up boxes that are 100+lbs, i started doing the 1st hand exercise & it actually worked well for my wrists

    Wow. Been having wrist pain for weeks. I did this for a while before bed. No instant results. But today, as i was brushing my teeth i realized the pain is GONE! The pain happened whenever i put any pressure or leaned on my wrist. Its absolutely gone im amazed. I’ll continue these stretches daily though ! Thank you so much!

    Played racquetball for 35 years. Now squash for 7 years. Have had chronic wrist problems for years. And for 3 years now have had no wrist mobility while playing. While doing the decompression movements my wrist snapped. I thought i had broken it but evidently it snapped back in place. Instantly cured. Full mobility and im crushing the ball again. I owe you guys. Thanks so much for all of your free information. Its hard to find info on problems caused from racquet sports. Love you guys

    This helped me INSTANTLY! I’m in the military in a mechanical job, constantly doing maintenance using my hands in below freezing environments for up to 12 hours a day. Then weightlifting in a warm building for up to 3 hours a day. I’ve had wrist problems since the beginning & these stretches gave me relief so I no longer am missing out on getting the gains I want by having to skip exercises + I’m no longer in pain at work.     No way!!!! Since quarantine I’ve been doing tons of push ups and one day I start feeling tons of pain on my right wrist. I’ve been dealing with this pain for almost 3 months and I can’t believe that in less than 7 minutes I already feel a massive relieve while trying to replicate those exercises!!!! God I’m gonna be trying this for a whole week and let you know the update!

    You guys are legends! You helped me fix my hip issues that were diagnosed piriformus syndrome but weren’t improving until you guys taught me about psoas muscle issues that were pinching my femoral nerve. Now I’m dealing with a recurrence of what was diagnosed as carpal tunnel but what I think might be intersection syndrome. Hoping you can help me avoid needing another cortisone injection cause that was an awful experience 😢

    I’ve got fybromyalgia and my wrists and ankles are my worst nerve and joint pain. These didn’t completely fix it but I think it’s REALLY gonna help over time. They already feel less painful and more loose

    You seem like real gentlemen and this was REALLY helpful and informative. If I had one critique though it's that you guys have really slow pacing, not that you need things to be quick and flashy but rather segments that are more quickly digestible, I feel, would go a long way.     This really did help - thanks guys! I thought I was prematurely ageing and it was worrying me. A few of the wrist decompressions (a bit noisy but strangely satisfying!) and I can already feel the relief. Great tips.

    7:31 I hurt my left wrist somehow while weight lifting (pushing movements) and it was in pain for days, then I did this exercise and the pain almost disappeared. Gonna do this one before I workout again, also just bought some wrist wraps. Thanks you guys, hope you see this

    Watched so many different stretches for wrist pain but turns out that the decompression (3rd) one was whatmy wrists needed! Felt so good after doing that. Thnx a lot

    Since quarantine started, I've been doing home workouts and pushups were giving me wrist pain. These stretches really helped! Thanks!

    Thanks, Docs. You guys are awesome. I followed along on the view, stayed out of the pain cave and wow, what a quick difference. I am going to incorporate these stretches into my pre workout stretches, as this was a gym injury.

    I’m a year late to this video, regardless….I am a new massage therapist and try as I may to avoid over extension of the wrist during effleurage my right hand over does it! I did these stretches just now and wow what a difference. Thank y’all for the assistance to my “tools”. 😅

    I’ve had a suv hood slam on my wrist and been having these stinging pains by my wrist and thumb! The tightness of it was keeping me from extending my fingers! I did these exercises and it helped a lot! I get way more movement and the stings are slowly getting better each day! Thank you!!!

    This video popped up on the right day! Having wicked pain in my dominant wrist from excessive computer and phone use due to my job as a social media manager. The pain sometimes gets so bad I have to lay in bed so I don’t use my hands! Or I’ll even dip my entire hand and wrist in a bucket of ice.

      @@Danielle-rb2jk not really, the problem was bad blood flow because of lack of mobility in my shoulders. A naprapat gave me exercises to fix that and now they are a lot better, though not perfect

    Definitely will try these to strengthen the left wrist after a Major Stroke O had. My range of motion has came a long way and arm strength, but left wrist always hurts and still is very weak. Will give a shot. Hope it controls my strength and durability

    I broke my wrist over a year ago. I work at a computer all day and also game on a pc when home. Watching a dog for someone and we went for a walk. The leash made my wrist twist in a weird way. It's swollen and a bit painful. The third exercise made my wrist feel mobile. I will be doing these exercises every time I experience swelling in my wrist. Thank you guys, so much!

    You guys helped me get better with my Achilles tendinitis. I tried to rest it for 2 months but nothing. I watched your video on it and in 1 month it was way better and I could walk normal! I’m back now to watch another one but this time I have my left wrist the right side. It hurts and it’s hurting since December and it’s March soon.. so for about 3 and a half months. I will follow the tips and I believe you can help me!

    Thank you Bob and Brad, As a warehouse automation technician I have had wrist problems off and on over the past 20 or so years due to the pushing and pulling of various tools. I like the idea of using the infrared pad and will try the exercises that you demonstrated.

    Y'all always have the answers I need!!! A couple months back, my dad sprained /my dominate 1wrist trying to catch me from falling... I was out of commission for a short time, bc I started getting anxious about how I was going to take notes for class... it was intense. I try to do the exercises my doctor told me to do, but it's very difficult trying to do independent PT without assistance facing me....

    As soon as I started doing the mulligan technique (@8:28) my wrist released (popped) and everything immediately felt better. I was having a hard few days with dorsal wrist pain in the central zone. To the point I could barely use my hand. Now I can feel more blood circulating and everything! Thank you guys!

    Of all things, I was opening a child proof lid last night on a medicine bottle and TWANG went my wrist. It was a nerve for sure. The traction thing really helped and I will be doing more of that and getting my trusty heat wheat bag. But that traction thing really helped! Thanks fellas!!!

    oh wow thanks, I just had this sharp pain with my left wrist for opening a jar. But I've been working out alot (5-6 times a week) and requires alot of pressure onto my wrist especially when doing arm and chest workouts (push ups, etc).
    Really helped my left wrist after doing all 4 exercises. Thanks! :D

    I benchpressed yesterday and got a lot of pain on my wrists today. Thanks for the exercises, it helps a lot. Now it hurt less.

    i have a terrible wrist pain in my left wrist for month. i do all sort of excercises like hand stand and planches and all these heavy wrists ones. if you guys will fix my pain i will be so grateful that ill sub and show it to everyone i know. hopefuuly waiting to edit this messege into a succes one.
