    I am biochemist and research scientist. Absolutely agree with your opinion. Sabja seeds is the desi version chia seeds. Traditionally used in Faluda.

    Hello Doctor, thanks for the great video. Everyday I put 2 tsp chia seeds, 2 tsp hemp seeds and 2 tsp pumpkin seeds in the smoothie ( coconut milk and fruits). I am a strict vegetarian. Since I am on Paleo diet, I always find foods which are rich in protein. Thanks again 🙏

    Thanks for sharing such great info. I have been using chia seeds by mixing it with frozen wild blueberries and a little honey or maple syrup to make jam without heating it, I just lightly mash the berries and mix a couple of tablespoon of chia and honey, then refrigerate it. It becomes thick as jam and I get to enjoy a treat for breakfast. I love your videos they really help us keeping healthy by choosing healthy options.

    Unbelievable benefits doc.
    I am thinking of using chia seeds + flaxseeds + basil seeds + barley in warm glass of milk and consume it in the evening by 6 pm.
    Qs: Is it ok if i use oven to heat cup of milk a little bit with all the seeds inside? Or only the seeds which require heated milk (or water)? And then the rest of seeds which do not require heated milk.

      There are many plant based food options that give u good amount of calcium. Just like chia seeds. So vegans are not at loss when they don't eat dairy products. I am vegan too. 🤩

      Chia seeds doesn't contain uric acid. Once protein in chia seeds gets metabolized uric acid is generated. If kidney health is not good it gets accumulated in body.

    I have been consuming 2 tablespoons of chia seeds in warm to room temp water daily. Should I lower my intake? I have been reading up on chia seeds and I am confused as to what is the healthiest amount to take on a daily basis. I practice yoga and go for walks as a form of exercise.
