Hello, a very informative n in-depth video on nutritional benifits of these seeds. From generations, we take moringa leaves raw as food once a week and moringa powder a table spoon everyday with warm water in the morning . I see most of these components included in rich volumes in moringa powder, exception being the eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic acids. We are vegetarians n no fish. We take 5 pumpkin seeds n 2 table spoons flax seeds along with turmeric powder, gooseberry juice, a table spoon of Fenugreek seeds n black sesame seeds soaked overnight every morning first breakfast. We take flax seeds as follows - ground n immediately mix in butter milk n drink before going to sleep. Not sure if this is of any good for complete omega 3 fatty acids, put some light. We don't use hemp seeds. Do we need to use it with all above inputs already in place? Thx for reading until here. Cheers
I love pumpkin seed oil. It's a green oil, nutty flavour and great on salad. It's always been known (old European wive's tale) to help with cystitis by lining the bladder wall like cranberry does, as well as all the other benefits.
Algal oil - which is algae oil - is being used a lot in supplements as a source of DHA and EPA. It is an alternative to fish oils. Fish in the wild get their DHA and EPA from algae and now we can get ours too without having to eat the fish. 🙂

I do seed cycling for feeling better with my hormones in perimenopause, grind flax seeds and pumpkin seeds the first 14 days of my cycle and then 14 days of sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. 1 tablespoon of each.
Do you think chia seeds being in the nightshade family can be harmful? I also found out that flax is a testosterone killer. I was wondering if the health benefits outweigh these issues because i really like both of them.
Sunflower seeds do have many health benefits, but the reason they didn't make this talk is because of their high concentration of Omega 6 FA. Now, for someone who is following an extremely healthy diet, lots of vegetables, home cooked foods and not eating processed foods, then this isn't a problem because we do need Omega 6 FA. The problem is that this is not the typical person. The average person already consumes far too many Omega 6's driving inflammation.
Seeds are extremely potent. When started seed cycling as a part of me fertility/feminine health, I got pregnant 3 months later! Idk what they did but, here we are with a 3.5 year old and I’m 40! 😂😂 Seeds get other seeds to work too if you catch my drift 😂😂😂
Great information! Is there a way to get the benefits from these seeds all together? Like a recipe including how much of each per day, like a breakfast bar or something?
I been adding them to yogurt & cereals, even left in the fridge with them in, they soften a bit & really tasty. Trying to improve my diet, not been looking after my body temple enough lately. Best wishes 🙂
You don't need to take all seeds and nuts everyday. Take one nut and one seed type per day and rotate everyday or your vitamix smoothie becomes a nasty thick sludge.

1. MIx all ingredients
2. Bake. Transfer the granola to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread it into an even layer. Bake the buckwheat granola at 300°F until fragrant and golden brown, for about 30 minutes. The granola can quickly go from golden to burnt, so keep an eye on it. The granola will still be soft when it's done baking, but it will harden once it cools.
3. Let the granola cool completely and break it up to create clusters.
4. Store. Leftover granola in an airtight container.
Recipe please 🙏

Cheers

CHFP - Chia, Hemp, Flax, Pumpkin. Thanks for sharing this.
I love pumpkin seed oil. It's a green oil, nutty flavour and great on salad. It's always been known (old European wive's tale) to help with cystitis by lining the bladder wall like cranberry does, as well as all the other benefits.
Good
Need to eat it whole or freshly ground
Cranberries do nothing for cystitis
Thank you ma for this your saving information. I love you. I use Chia seed but i stopped because it upset my stomach. It makes me stool freguently.
Algal oil - which is algae oil - is being used a lot in supplements as a source of DHA and EPA. It is an alternative to fish oils. Fish in the wild get their DHA and EPA from algae and now we can get ours too without having to eat the fish. 🙂
I've used an Omega3 algae supplement. It's great!
@@tammyhavlik1015same. I’ve been taking the brand, Testa. The vegan softgels. It has 300mg of DHA and 125mg of EPA. but it has carrageenan in it. What kind do you take? Or favorite brand?
Thank you so much for the information

Please let viewers know how much, how often, and in what way these terrific seeds should be taken to help nerves (in particular). Should we chew all 4 seeds together, add them to smoothies, salads, protein shakes? 3xs daily or+-? Thanks Doc. Otherwise great info
Yes pls we want to know
Yes, how we eat it is equally important. It is missing in this video.
Sooo true we want to know@@beatricemendes2116
Thank you so much for this wonderful information. Is it 2 tablespoons of each per day? I am 60kg. Should all 4 seeds be taken at the same time? Or at different times of the day/night? Again, thank you so much. Have a lovely day.

Very nice video speech, Madam, Congratulations
Hemp seeds are a fantastic food source, the biggest problem is the price gouging by manufacturers.
Costco sells it at a great price.

Thank you
Thank You very much. I have gained a lot of knowledge through Your lecture. GOD BLESS YOU.
Do you think chia seeds being in the nightshade family can be harmful? I also found out that flax is a testosterone killer. I was wondering if the health benefits outweigh these issues because i really like both of them.
TMaya's mom here: hank you so much f9or this vital information!!!
Sunflower seeds are just as impressive, they have a ton of benefits for the body. Surprised they got ignored

They are even anti parasitic

Great information! Is there a way to get the benefits from these seeds all together? Like a recipe including how much of each per day, like a breakfast bar or something?
I been adding them to yogurt & cereals, even left in the fridge with them in, they soften a bit & really tasty.
Trying to improve my diet, not been looking after my body temple enough lately. Best wishes 🙂
You don't need to take all seeds and nuts everyday. Take one nut and one seed type per day and rotate everyday or your vitamix smoothie becomes a nasty thick sludge.
