Since my childhood I trust only to doctors from India! Most dedicated and intelligent doctors. Russians are next on the list. Very honest.
And regretfully here in America they are among the worst... most of them no longer understand about how to heal people and only understand about how to write out prescriptions for drugs that can damage them .
It's a shame things have become corrupt where medicine is concerned here in America.... I buy a lot of medicinals at the Indian Grocers . They know about how stupid and corrupt medicine is here .... regretfully I see the younger Indians who have been born in America losing the tradition I'm not listening to what the parents and grandparents have known .

Hey Annapoorna. Take a pinch of seed and you can eat as like you eat sesame seeds. Or boil pinch in 5 cups of water and drink. You can also Use this seed with oil for hair growth

It is often mentioned that black seed oil can reduce high blood pressure. And that people with LOW blood pressure should be careful, as it might drop too much.
I am a little confused, I have “normal” blood pressure levels- do I have to fear having them drop (too much) as well? I mean the bs oil has so many benefits, can it be that only people with high blood pressure can take it without having unpleasant effects concerning this?

I want to take the seeds, (after grinding) instead of just the oil so I can also benefit from the fiber. What amount should I take to lower blood pressure?
Be careful not to take it on a empty stomach because I just threw up
I take 2grams of ground powder . roughly one teaspoon with hot water or made into a kashayam with one glass water every night. My pressure is normal in a few weeks time itself :)

What is abdominal sinus and pls share the dosage

I took an advice from a leading unani doctor,in which I was advised to take kalonji +sounf (1/2 tsp powder at morning and evening time with water.and by the grace of allmighty the creater .it got healed.

tooth aches, boils, and has been noted to cure some cancers. Also brightens, and moisturizes your skin more effective than lotions. I still have sinus issues although I've used it for over a year now.

One week into using the oil in a capsule 2x a day. Thus far,no obvious or noticeable changes or differences.
It's better to buy from a reliable source, some retailers dilute it to scale quantity. I know one if you are interested.
