this company actually sucks. i just got my 2nd one cuz first one had this problem and a screw hole was miss placed. now the one i got everytime i start a print it does this. it was meant to be built out of the box and not tinker with the internals. idk why every creality printer has done this and people keep buying from them.

I upgraded to the Max Neo because I had such a good experience with the Pro. But, after about 10 hours of printing, the CPU froze up and I got an alarm. I did the test in the video and the motherboard was bad. Took me three months to get a replacement. THEN the replacement was bad right out of the box with the same problem!!! Two months after that I’m still trying to return the second piece of junk. What a mess.

All test results say the 3d printer is in working order - still having problems, what’s the next step?

I have upgraded my Ender 3 pro with a 4.2.7 motherboard. I also have resoldered the wires to the DC fan on the Swiss and noe whole printer shuts off and then turns on and back to the info screen every time the heater to the nozzle activates. The heater to the bed works but the heater to the nozzle acts up and shuts down the printer just for it to turn on right back where started. I am hoping to find an answer from creality soon as possible or any body who knows how this happens.

No expert but it sounds like there might be a short if sending power to the nozzle causes the printer to restart. You might want to check and make sure there is not a stray wire from the nozzle heater sticking out and making contact with another wire or even the board. You could follow the same troubleshooting steps here and swap the heater wires from the nozzle and bed to see if that solves the issue when heating the nozzle and if it then starts happening when you heat the bed.
If it still happens when you heat up the nozzle next step would be to check your hotend wires at the hotend itself to see if something some wire is crossed or touching something else.
