When there are no consequences for criminal acts, it only serves to embolden criminals to commit more criminal acts. Law enforcement can catch criminals, but when the DA's Office dismiss, reduce or plea charges down to the point they are insignificant, and courts sentencing is so lax it only emboldens criminals to continue criminal activity. Nothing will change without new leaders who will support law abiding citizens.
@@entrepreneurking8162 it’s definitely not new unfortunately. Been in KC my whole life (1985). Downtown however has radically changed. Many suburbs that were safe when I was a kid (around Worlds of Fun) are some of the dangerous now.
@@openranks4519 eh well the restaurant owner down the street from me just got gunned down this morning taking out the trash in brookside.. I mean it’s pretty easy to look at the stats. Some areas better than others
