The Silverback in City Hall wants social workers and social programs to make sure young disadvantaged black youth can meet up in nice chaperoned community centers to listen to Mozart, play chess, take classes on the architecture and history of the Renaissance Period. I call BS. They have the opportunity they don't choose to change. And jail is where criminals belong. The none prosecution of real crime is what is causing these issues. And I don't mean the local pot smokers. The black community has perpetuated the lie that there are no opportunities or jobs, and that everybody oppresses them. The truth is the black community is racist "because they don't trust white people". Those are statements I see and hear from blacks in America on the news all the time. Lack of education is due to the culture, not the school districts. Hell, there's more scholarships and grants at the Fed level for blacks than any other race, there are no "white only" scholarships or grants, but plenty of black only. There's the United Negro College Fund that only give scholarships to black to go to black only, or HBCUs in the South. There is no such thing for ANY other race in America. The problem is the black culture, lack of accountability, and the lies being perpetuated. You have the black community believing the lies of the rich, white Demoncrats and voting for the party that has historically used and oppressed blacks in America.

I've seen some come out and are full of excuses of why they aren't able to find work, housing, etc. And then I've seen people come out, find a job and some who got two jobs. These people not only succeeded but many times exceeded those around them because of their positive mental attitude.
Let's face it.. it's one group of people responsible for these numbers.
