Luke, you should react to Golden Time openings and endings (there are two openings and two endings). It is a 24 episodes only season, the anime is wrapped up. It is pretty good and I think that if you like Kimi no Na wa you would probably like this one and Clannad even if they are all different styles with romance and some sort of supernatural phenomenon being similarities between them.

2:35 Yes, kuchikamizake (mouth-chewed sake) is a real thing. Chewing the rice and mixing it with saliva starts the fermentation process by helping to break down the starch into simple sugars.

I saw RADWIMPS live for the first time this year. It was after the movie Suzume came out, and their (somehow) first time touring the US. Gotta say, they blew my mind, I was crying every other song. They were amazing live, had tons of energy, the visuals were incredible. I swear time stood still during Theme of Mitsuha, it was incredible! About a month before our Japan trip, and it got me so excited to finally go after years of waiting.

    Ahhh.... really nice reaction.
Bro, I watched "Your Name" and I agree, is such a beautifull movie, so emotional. The soundtrack is amazing. Radwimps did a wonderful job.
    Some recomendations for you:
Two versions of the song "Nandemonaiya" that I think are so good... first, the Mitsuha version, by her voice actress and cover version by Korean youtuber and singer, Raon Lee. Both did great versions of that song.
For anime Op's and Ed's, please react to "Rurouni Kenshin" soundtrack, is really good.
And last, please more Yuuri reactions🙏🙏🙏.
Have a nice day and greetings🤗😊

Speaking of Your Name songs, towards the end of the movie there's the third one with lyrics called Nandemonaiya. Especially notable is that there is a version of it sung by Mitsuha the female lead of the movie, could be a fun reaction!

2:40 No, that's not how normal sake is made. What they make in Your Name is called Kuchikamizake (literally: "mouth-chewed sake"). Kuchikamizake uses the bacteria in human saliva as the fermentation starter instead of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It was an old method that to my knowledge is not used much anymore outside of ritualistic purposes like what's shown in the movie. I think a good western analogue would be bathtub moonshine - yes it can still be made that way, and yes it still makes something that is _technically_ alcohol, but most people don't bother unless they're specifically trying to make moonshine.

If you like Makoto Shinkai, you may also want to watch The Garden of Words. It is a short movie (about 45 minutes) and it's quite different from his later trilogy (Your Name, Weathering With You and Suzume). There is no supernatural elements, the plot is simple and realistic, but the picture is on another level even for Shinkai. My plugin can't show video previews for mkv files, it shows 10 random shots instead, and 9 out of 10 are so good (composition, colours, tiny details), you can literally print them and put them on the wall.

I believe I said this in a different video, but I've seen this anime movie MULTIPLE times (I believe I first saw it the year of release) and it always has a special place in my heart. Although, rewatching this just makes you feel depressed. I remember 2 years ago, in shool, in English class, this was an up-coming select few movies for a unit. I must say, it was INCREDIBLY awkward watching this in a class full of people who do not watch anime content (and even one went as far as despising it because it isn't realistic; what is a carton then, must I say?) Not to mention the classroom that was connected via a double-door happened to be middle schoolers.

Day 105 of recommending the Beyblade openings.
There are the Japanese ones and the English ones. The English version has one opening for a generation, and that for the 1st and 2nd generation. The 3rd gen has one op for one season. But the Japanese version has multiple ops for a season in any gen. You should definitely check both versions out. I made playlists on my channel, so you don't need to search, cause in those compilations are a few off and not in the correct order.

I would recommend watching one of these movies following:
    1) The Girl who Leapt Through Time.
    2) Maquia.
    3) Paprika (lots of scenes in there, were the ones that inspired Nolan in remaking them in Inception).
    4) Jin-Roh.
    5) Ride Your Wave.
    6) In This Corner of the World.
    7) Josée, the Tiger and the Fish.
I would suggest even all of the Kara no Kyoukai movies series, but I don't think you would commit into watching 7 movies, not so soon at least in the future, but surely it would be totally worth it.
And however remember: when in doubt, whichever Ghibli movie is totally fine and worth it as well, and don't think they cater to exclusively to children and kids: they undoubtfully have great lessons for adults especially.

While everyone is entitled to their opinions, I think "A Silent Voice" can be said to be one of the most objectively sad anime movies with little to no context, for a few reasons that all fall under: relatability/realism.
I prefer Weathering With You to Your Name (spiritual sequel), love both, yet they're both not exactly realistic.
Whereas pretty much everything in A Silent Voice happens in some capacity on a daily basis, and the evolution of the story is mostly realistic.
It doesn't just go from the start to then being happy go lucky without something we see in real life: CONFLICT, the characters aren't 2D.
Part of me is happy you started the movies with what I argue is the best, A Silent Voice, but part of me also wishes you could experience it now or in the future when you know more about Japanese culture and so on.
One reason I'm happy Re Zero got delayed as much as I want it now, is that I feel a lot of the stuff woulda been less impactful given ignorance.

You should react to the Clannad OST. It has so many tracks that bring up the powerful emotions of the show. I know you got a little burnt out on sad anime after Violet Evergarden, but I think you will want to watch Clannad at some point. It has a lot of themes of family and fatherhood that I think would resonate with you. The whole soundtrack is incredible, but the one I would start with is "The Palm of a Tiny Hand".

Your name is amazing and it's my top 3 anime movie with Silent Voice being my Top 2... Both are such a beautiful movie.. But my Top 1 goes to this masterpiece movie called Maquia: When the Promised Flower Blooms.. You should definitely give it a try

This movie had such emotionally moving parts that brought you tears 😭. Yet, this song, it reminds me that there were moments that were so heartfelt & uplifting, it’s a movie I’ll never forget.

It’s sad that the movie was rushed. Shinkai Makoto said that he wasn’t satisfied with this movie and that he needed to rush the production and didn’t meet his expectations
