The composer of this song, Pinocchio-P, also wrote an original for Ado called "I'm a Controversy." The vocals are almost as bonkers as this cover, and the music video is super weird in the most charming way possible. If you get the chance, you should also check out some more of his works with Vocaloid! My personal favourites are Common World Domination, Ghosts Play To The Audience, Nobody Makes Sense, and I'm Glad You're Evil Too - and fair warning, this last one might make you cry. It's a ballad with a VERY different vibe from God-ish (but it still has some unmistakably Pinocchio-P elements) and it's GORGEOUS
