Wow! Just done 2 of your exercises now. The first was slow cardio and now this to relieve my hip pain maybe due to whole day of sitting and not much movement at all. Only the fingers and eyes are moving hahaha. It feels so good I am ready to sleep now. I needed something to relieve me of my daily stress and to help me get better sleep. Thanks Cindy!

You are a life saver with this video and your suggestion of ice. I got back from walking and my right hip was in pain, so I did the video and am putting ice on. Relief. You are the best.
Glad it helped! Sometimes icing is the only way to calm the inflammation and we often forget to do that. Hope after a few days the hip is feeling betteer. Thank you for watching.

Cindy, my left groin muscle started to have sharp pain when I was doing my daily walking. As I was walking home, I had to walk up hill and I got a very sharp pain in my left groin area. Also, I thought I should mention that my right leg is a little shorter than my left leg. What can I do to heal my left groin and lengthen my right leg? My right hip seems to round out to the side ~~while my left hip looks straight and normal. Because my right leg is a little shorter my left hip and leg has more pressure on it. Thank you so much for your kindness to help us. 💐💕
Hi Beth, I too have the right leg shorter than the left. My surgeon advised to put an insert in the right shoe to even it out if it bothered me. For the groin pain, my suggestion is to be sure and do some light stretching before your walk and some longer stretches after you walk. If time, do this warm up before www.fitnesswithcindy.com/morning-stretches-for-seniors/ .... especially the inner thigh section. After your walk do some of these stretches www.fitnesswithcindy.com/stretches-after-walking/ Give it a week and keep me posted on how you are doing.
