  • This is a gentle exercise class designed for seniors with limited mobility, or for true beginners. The entire routine is in the chair and low impact. If you're looking to increase your range of motion, perform functional exercises, and get moving again, this is the class for you.

    I am 76 years old and started doing your exercise videos the end of August and have done them twice daily ever since. I am so much stronger and healthier. My doctor even notice how much better I walk and move. Thank you so much for these programs. I recommend you to all my family and friends.

      Same I'm 69 in May and am very sedentary with various health issues including diabetes and arthritis...I was looking for gentle exercises and found this channel. I will recommend it to my 89 year old mother who broke her hip last year and is still recovering from it. Thank you

    I was an active martial artist-I got really sick and now I've returned to a true beginner with fitness. I need to lose weight and regain strength. I'm not a senior, but this gave me a nice challenge. Thank you

    I am so happy to have found your site. There are exercises for whatever mood I am or what I feel I can accomplish any particular day: long/short, easy/challenging, etc. So, no matter what, I can find the time and motivation to exercise every day. I appreciate more than you can know that you talk and explain the value of each exercise and the tips to remember as we do the exercises instead of sitting still while you chat us up. No wasted time. AND we get a full 20 minutes of movement if the timer says 20 minutes. The perfect option for me.

    It is 2:48am and I just did your video exercise and I will continue to follow you. I was just scrolling looking for a chair exercise. Please don't stop sharing.     I used to be a activity director. When I retired, I was in so much pain, I could hardly do anything any more. But I found you today. Everything you did with me today is exactly what I used to do with the tenants I worked with M-F for 20 minutes. I saw your program today and subscribed so I can get back into my exercises gradually.     I have osteoarthritis in both knees but I love to move my body. I try to walk a mile 5 times a week, even in my apartment. These range of motion exercises were a perfect addition to my walks! They were not strenuous and I actually enjoyed them! Thank you for taking your time out to do these exercises for us seniors! ❤

      Hi Tamara, I am so happy to read you enjoyed this workout. Have you tried my standing workout for osteoarthritis? My dad suffered from it as well and since doing the specific exercises, he no longer has any pain. I'd like to recommend trying the workout to see if it helps you.

    I am 76 . I’ve had RA since I was 53. Glad you mention the shoulder issues as suddenly I am suffering those - tears in rotor cuffs and frayed tendons apparently. I am taking it slowly . 😂

    Hi, thank you for helping us exercise. My husband and I started this work out this morning. My husband is 65 and I am 61. We are on Keto, my husband has lost 61 lbs. I am having trouble loosing. I have lost 24 lbs then I gain 5. I know I have lost in inches. Because all my pants are baggy. I know men loose faster than women, which sucks. Our chiropractor said I needed to start exercising. So here we are.

    Thank you. I’m 71, and broke my FIRST bone. My R distal fibula. Perfect fx….no surgery just cast. I’m 4 weeks in and getting depressed and sad I cant visit my 33 chickens. Today on facebook, I found a chart of daily chair exercises, tried a few, but really didnt work. Then I went to youtube, and scrolled down through the “buff guys” trying to be charming to us ol’ ladies😮….kept scrolling until I found your angelic face and voice. Thank you.     i have ankylosing spondylitis and my neck is frozen from it. I was getting worse and worse and decided to look up exercises to do.
    I found you and your program. I don't think its my imagination but after one week I feel better. It has decreased my pain and given me more energy. Still working on the flexibility as it is very structural however, I do appreciate what I have done so far. Thank you very much for doing this channel. I hope to advance but will stick to this one for a time as I have been very inactive and it has not done me one bit of good!!!

I often hear that people feel a difference within a few days, especially when people have been sedentary or in pain.     I am 54 years old and I stumbled across your video. I got a little comfortable not exercising, though I am a very active person, never really stay put. When I found your videos I loved them. I actually do them at work, at the beginning of my day and it has made such a big difference. Thank you, I also love how you incorporate old music I love. The music videos I have to say are my favorite.

    I am anxious to begin these exercises. Hope to move to more challenging after a bit. I am soon to be 83 and want to be in the best health and shape as possible for me. Arthritis is literally a pain but moving is necessary. Thanks for providing these without cost.

    Just what I need after many months of abandoning exercises for the "too busy' excuse; I notice my body clamps up & pain sets in; neck, hips, back & knees. I have scoliosis of my lower & thoracic spine with degenerative arthritis & spondylitis for good measure! I realise I have to keep moving, there's no other solution! Thank you for these exercises, they're perfect for my age.

    I liked the class I have arthritis and osteoporosis. My balance is not good. I go to Silver Sneakers 3 days a week. Days I do not go to Silver Sneakers I will do this exercise. Thank you for the class.😍💖🎵
