    I hadn't done this one before, although I did do one other dance routine. Did enjoy doing it.This one was longer and I'm pleased I did arrive at the end without having top stop just slow down a bit when this fitness tracker thought my BP was too high oops, and yes I loved to dance Thanks Cindy🙂

    It's obvious from your viewer responses that CHOICE OF MUSIC is a motivating factor to put in the 30 minutes of dance movements, well chosen. Your viewers remember these songs from their "youth". Your energy is obviously highly motivating too. I'm 80 and in excellent shape and health and I'm a very good dancer and performer. Your program suits me just fine.

    It’s been a year since I started with you. This was my first video. I have done it about 20 times and still enjoy. If there is anything good about a pandemic 😷 it’s that I have found you!!! I love to dance, exercise and enjoy everyday. Just turned 74 in January. Shoveled my driveway yesterday and went to work. I couldn’t do this if I wasn’t Moving 🤗🎶❄️🏋️‍♀️💃

      @@FitnessWithCindy I agree with Marilyn! At 66, I can do Zumba classes at my gym, but the music is so loud and the instructors will only do the most current songs (even those that aren't all that musical) and it's more about looking cool, like being at a club, than the joy of movement. I appreciate this.

    Found this for a midnight cardio and glad I did it through to the end. Cindy you were really rocking here. Love the twisting, combo moves and for the first time in my life the walk the chalk line with a Spanish flair. Didn't think I'd get such a great, fun, vigorous workout so late at night. Always love your vibe and youre the best at the talking, describing the moves. Hope you keep putting out the videos on TH-cam.
