    Thank you for your short stretching help.
    I have had hip surgery years ago and find it tightening up more lately.
    It is a perfect stretch.

    Thanks, that is very helpful for relieving my hip pain.....the hip pain came from injuring my lower back. After this session my hip stopped hurt for the whole afternoon until I finished my farm chores. So I just did your session again today as my hip was sore when I woke up..now after the session the pain is gone again, so I know that it is helping to strengthen those areas. Thank you!

    After searching utube for chair yoga hip exercises… your video came up…thank you so much for the session!!! I will be incorporating this into my daily routine…start off in the morning and then as time goes on, I would like to also do it in the evening.     Awesome! i try to do yoga stretches at home before work because i have hip pain when i get up from my chair at work. Just did this in my chair and i’m hoping it will help!!

    That felt very good after sitting for awhile. Would love a video on loosening up the mid back (after being rear ended several times).

    I love the video you do for hip pain it helped me with mine. I have hip disciphiya and it's hard when my hip bothers me each day thank you.

    Hi Ann. I am so grateful for your chair stretches. About a year ago, my left groin muscle started to have sharp pain especially when I try to walk up a hill or a flight of stairs. Also, my right leg is a little shorter than my left and my right hip seems to look like it rounds out to the side more.
    What stretching can I do from a chair to lengthen my right hip and leg? If my right hip and leg were flexible and slightly lengthened, would this stop the pain in my left groin and enable me to move my left knee and leg out to the side without causing sharp groin pain?
    I appreciate your kindness to help me with the healing of my body so much Ann. 💐💕

      Hi Beth, I am so glad these are helpful for you. You can't stretch to lengthen your leg, as often that is a bone issue (sometimes it is misalignment in hip for example and in that case a Chiro or PT may be able to help). Pain is complex so it is hard to say if one particular thing would relieve it. I find that approaching pain in multiple directions helps the most. Stretch, strengthen, massage, walks (especially in nature as that increases immune function and reduces inflammation), drinking enough water, working on sleep.... Pain stinks but I am grateful that my pain gets me to live a healthy lifestyle.     Hi Ann, Thank-you for this exercise, have recently begun getting pain in one of my hips (Arthritis 🙁) and this Feels Good. Any chance you might have something that could help an (ageing) guitar player with something for (again) beginnings of Arthritis in the fingers of my playing hand? Any help would be much appreciated.🤗
