Hello Cindy. I’ve just finished my 4th workout with you and I can already see that I am walking taller and straighter and getting up from chairs is no longer a problem or feeling stiff after sitting for a while. Finally found a senior work out that works for me!
Yes! I started with Cindy's stretch one, then this one, then started adding 5 min arms/5 min booty (alternating booty and arms). Now I mix up the strength vid's a bit, but keep coming back to this one. Cindy's still my home base.

Great video- not just for seniors!
Its been a while since I did this one so nice to 'find' it again. I remember I had real difficulty the very first time I did it, way back, especially with some of the moves so rather pleased that I am much better at those now. It does target so many muscles though a really good exercise Cindy thank you 🙂
