Polycarbide Abrasive Strip discs on a grinder or a surface conditioning tool. Ive done both a paint job and a bed liner job with them and they work great and fast!

Like all your videos, even as simple as this one

Should’ve shot me a message dude! I just did a 79 Camaro it was completely bedlined striped it and primmed it and shot a urethane paint job on it if you have a big compressor you can hog it down with 40 grit work your way up and prime it.

I wonder if putting dry ice or even normal ice on it then scraping it would work. Like how a lot of people remove old crusty sound deadener.

Not a bad idea actually, might have to try that!

Do you have any places around you can have it dipped by a Professional. They stick the whole frame or body of the truck

I don’t believe so would have to look into it a little closer!

After taking the old ring linking off what are you going to do? Repaint it?

I think it would cool to do a old patina paint job to it like how Steve Darnell did with his old dodge from welder up. Something like that would be so sick on your truck. But stick with a dark color not a light color like he went on his.
Whatever you end up doing will be badass 🤘

hey just wanna shed some light on the citristrip. aApply it like you did and use plastic wrap to cover and cling to it. Allows the product to sit and soak and not evaporate! Works like a CHARM!

Mine looked exactly like this. Covered in gas, scraped off no problem

@@KoleRichards a lot of the areas were soft to the point they came off with a rag. Pro tip, do it outside or you’ll be high af

Get yourself a “surface conditioning tool” from harbor freight it should take that stuff off in a hurry.

I tell ya what I would do, coat the bed side in stripper that seems to work best and let it sit, put a turbo nozzle on your pressure washer and go to town

True! Didn’t think about the pressure washer! 🤔
