The brew group service kit available here contains the food safe lubricant you should use: www.wholelattelove.com/products/gaggia-brew-group-service-kit?variant=31715420733494
      Lubricant available individually here: www.wholelattelove.com/products/ga-11022867-food-safe-silicone-lubricant?variant=14409667936315
Heads up, the full kit is a much better value!

I have the drip icon, which is supposed to mean either the water reservoir isn't in the machine, or it needs more water....but the reservoir is in and full. This problem started when I tilted the front of the machine up in order to wipe under it (mistake), and water from the full reservoir ran down the back of the machine. I'm wondering if tilting like this caused air to get into the system? Maybe it needs to be primed? But the icon that means it needs a prime is supposed to have circular arrows around a drip, and I'm only getting the drip icon, with no arrows. Should I go ahead and try priming? I first have tried removing the reservoir, putting it back in, turning machine off and back on (with button on front), and the drop icon comes back. Maybe I'll try turning it off with the switch in back and back on, and see if that works to reset the drip error screen..........that worked! Turning off switch in rear reset it. I'll go ahead and post this just in case it may help someone else with the same problem, but my Gaggia Anima Prestige is working again. We love it. With the Lavazza Super Crema beans we've been using, it makes such a tasty latte and cappuccino! Guests take one sip and comment, "WOW, that's the best coffee I've ever had."

Hi Randall, Thanks for sharing your experience on how you resolved the issue! I get the same reaction from those new to super-automatic bean to cup machines. Grinding fresh for every cup makes a huge quality difference!

I'm ashamed to say I've been putting the lube in the wrong place....lol!! How did I not know it went in the tracks?!?!? Well, it's a pretty sturdy machine cause I've had it for 3+ years with the lube on the brew unit instead!! I love my Gaggia!!
