    Wow, this is so great. My only problem is when I get to the electro valve part, the blue screen actually turns red and no water comes out of the milk spout or the coffee spouts. I have had my machine turned off for nearly a year and went to use it today but it was so noisy and no water came out. Found your video and run the diagnostics and Im assuming its something to do with the valves. As it turns red, Im not sure what to do. Can you please give me some suggestions. Thanks so much in advance.

    I went through this whole test mode and no water will come out of the espresso nozzles at all and only a tiny bit came through the steamer. Water leaks out the bottom of the machine. It grinds the coffee, but they are completely dry in the grounds drawer. This started a few days ago. Is it something that I can fix at home?

      @@thiagors Gaggia told me I'd have to send it in, and it just wasn't worth it to pay for shipping and repairs. My husband might just completely take it apart one day if he ever has the extra time. I think a hose got disconnected somewhere in the bottom and it's a pain to get to that area inside

    do you have as you mentioned a video to degreasing the machine when my machine does not have an external opening to place the tablet ??

    I have a 2 year old Anima. I have the coffee temperature set to high but when I run a blank shot the water temperature is 160-170 however if I Brew espresso shots it only shows a temperature of 100-120. How can I fix this ? I clean & descale my machine regularly, use Cafiza
    Tablets & do everything to keep my machine in good shape

    Good day everyone, I have a GAGGIA ANIMA i just put together from parts and its showing the spanner. with 22 to the bottom right of the red lighted screen? I've checked the manual and tried best and tested and last check will be the clogged brew line. Any advice on those issues please.

    My gaggia doesn’t shoot the coffe water out from the nozzle it goes into where the coffee grounds go. What is wrong with it?

    This is very helpul. Could not insert bru unit, because the machine was not quite in neutral position. Using the BU menu, was able to advance/backoff the yellow gear so the BU teeth would mesh when inserted.

    Thank you for the usefull video please let me know if one of the two espresso nozzles is clogged how can i fix it???

      You could use a pipe cleaner. You can also try degreasing the machine.

    Excellent ! I love my Anima Prestige machine but this week I am getting error 22, checked the manual and could not find anything. what does that mean ? I do regular maintenance on my machine...any help is appreciated. tks.

    I have the Anima Prestige since a few month. With my "old" Gaggia Titanium I could see the "total coffee" brewed. Is this option also possible with this Anima?

    My machine comes on and starts to grind but then says there are no beans. The hopper is full of beans. Any ideas on how to fix?

      Check whole latte love they show you how to unclog grinder.

    Thank you for your answer. I already use a small straw but again only right nozle is giving coffee the left one only drops. While is doing this i closed the right one and coffee start coming also from left one. I need to open and clean??

      You cannot open the front dispenser but you can use a degreasing tablet to clean it. Please refer to the manual. Also the cleaning videos.

    The indicator that the bean holder d’or was opened keeps coming back after the 30 second timer. The bean hopper was empty we filled it and now we can’t brew coffee after the 30 seconds. It keeps coming back.

    I just cleaned my Gaggia Anima Prestige and now it´s appearing the tool and code 22. But, in the manual, I can't find what code 22 means. Any help? Thanks.

    my anima used to only prime through the espresso nozzles when starting but now, about 2 of every 3 times i turn it on, the steam wand wants to be primed. this never happened until about 2 months ago. i have been searching for the reason but could not find anything. the machine works fine otherwise. i use the steam wand about twice per month and make 2 espressos per day. is their a reason for the wand priming so often? thank you.

    What would be the problem if the machine says there is no water when in fact their is water in the water tank? Why would the water sensor be acting up?

    HATE this machine. Least reliable super-auto I've ever had.

    My Gaggia Anima Deluxe powers completely off at the point where it should start grinding. In the diagnostic mode, the grinder test displays 88 22 on the third line, with zeroes on the two lines above. What does that code mean? Anything I can try on my own? I can use the bypass mode without a problem.

      That sounds like a problem with a grinder motor. Are you based in the UK?. If so we can bring the machine in for repair. www.gaggiadirect.com
