Hi! Gaggia Anima Class is an automatic machine whereas De'Longhi La Specialista is a manual machine. Both machines give different experience. Gaggia Anima Class can brew 11g per single shot whereas De'Longhi La Specialista can brew 12g per double shot. If you prefer stronger coffee, Gaggia Anima Class is the way to go
