    Hi I'm 13 and I've been struggling with CFS and long covid for about 3 years and this is my first time hearing someone else who's had it talk about it it's nice to know it's not just me (obviously) but I've been kind of written off and just told I need to find ways to get over it. I don't go to school anymore and I've lost all my friends, I've basically just been at home by myself for 3 years with the only people I talk to being my parents in the afternoon and it just kind of feels like I've lost before anythings even happened, but knowing there's people that have recovered now is sort of comforting now there could be a chance thank you :)

      I was in the same boat as a teen. It does get better. I found when I stopped focusing and stressing about getting better (it was the ONLY thing I thought about) and started focusing on myself and trying to do new little things when I had the strength.
      I learned to be kind to myself and reframe phrases like "I can't do this" to "I can't do this right now" I wouldn't give myself a measured time line of "in 4 months I'll be fine" I would instead break down what I wanted to do into smaller goals and I would see if I could make each step easier for myself. It's a lot of mental work in some ways 😂 so take things slow.
      Be kind to yourself, don't be hard on yourself, this is not your fault and you are doing amazing!

    This couldn’t be more true! Once I started believing that I could thrive, it started happening! It hasn’t been easy like Miguel said and some days I have to bring my mind back to “I am healing, I am going to recover” about 1,000 times; but each time I do I’m building new neuropathways and my brain & my body are believing it and following through. 🎉

    • @cfsrecovery

    These videos kept me inspired when I was suffering so bad... I started mediation and believing in recovery... Within a few weeks I noticed there's another energy source within the body.. The more I kept with it my energy went through the roof... I started feeling euphoric and natural.. Thoughts tires us out.. I agree our belief is everything... I'd love to help people overcome this like I did 😂

      Just continue what you learned and implemented already. Your subconscious is trying to freak you out, but you are the master of your conscious mind and you will not allow it! I had a new Corona infection a short while ago and yes it was a setback. But just continued as good as possible and now I'm back on track, even better than before. You get there🧠💪

      Yes! I definitely had tinnitus! It would come and go throughout my journey with CFS, but I did find that it was more frequent and intense when my symptoms were flaring up or I was going into an adjustment period. There are a lot of people in the program that have tinnitus as well and it does go away over time!

    @Dteshome85 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    It's not that remission isn't possible,it's just that 5% of the population recover
    For some the damage is too much
    There is alot of experimentation and luck involved
    I noticed you mention often in your videos that tests seem to come back negative
    There are tests that many have done that are objective like
    Low nk cell activity
    2 day cardiopulmonary test which just about everyone with me/cfs patients fail
    Reactivated epstein barr virus/lyme
    Mold toxicity
    Maybe this is helpful for people with Chronic Fatigue but with Myalgic encaphelomyelitis,/chronic fatigue syndrome isn't the same as Me/Cfs
    The truth is although there is possibility for many to improve and some even fully recover
    It isn't likely to happen in this lifetime
    This isn't negative thinking as it is accepting reality

    • @Dteshome85
      @Dteshome85 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I meant to say that ME/CFS isn't the same as Chronic Fatigue
      There are objective abnormalities in people with Me/cfs as listed above
      If someone has Chronic Fatigue from depression then yes gradually increasing exercise can help
      But for many with Me/Cfs this can be problematic
      We need more actual research as Me/Cfs is the least funded Chronic illness
      One ought to advocate for what's right
      The dispenza stuff, brain retraining may have a space
      But we need to look into cause origination

    • @cfsrecovery
      @cfsrecovery  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Absolutely false, 5% of people recover is a myth

    • @Dteshome85
      @Dteshome85 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@cfsrecovery
      For Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome yes the studies have shown that roughly 5% recover while some stay the same,some mildy improve,some significantly improve
      Some decline
      This is reality amongst research amongst me/cfs doctors and to say otherwise is misleading patients
      Genuinely misleading
      Do you have scientific evidence to support that claim that the number is greater than 5%?
      I understand that you mentioned you had panic attacks and was on ssris
      This sounds like anxiety
      For burnout,overtraining syndrome,anxiety,depression yes it may be greater than 5% but this isn't the same as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which has its own criteria for diagnosis..
      It is not a manifestation of anxiety,depression,burnout Syndrome
      I saw that in a video on reddit you have mentioned in a video that wanted to hit 1 million bucks and how much per month you targeted to hit that million dollar mark and that patients were told that to continue monthly support they have to continue paying around 300/month or make a recovery testimonial even if they haven't fully recovered
      The video regarding your sales goal of hitting the million dollar mark can be found here
      www.s4me.info/threads/miguel-bautista%E2%80%99s-cfs-recovery-%E2%80%98recovery-jumpstart%E2%80%99.34942/
      This is a red flag,unethical and believe should be exposed
      As an Me/cfs advocate I believe this is the right thing to do
      No person in the right mind who has the heart to heal patients with a condition like CFS which can a lower quality of life than hiv/aids,cancer would be thinking in terms of hitting x clients per month to reach a million
      I know you have a background in marketing and sales and in my opinion charging 6500 for a program and trying to rack up numbers is not in good moral conscious preying on desperate folks with cfs
      I question your integrity
      This is my 2cents
