    I had been constipation Problem few years I tried many medications, herbs little bit helps than after few days same Problem starting again. Your technique is working so and different. This is my six days working really good without any meds and herbs. I had difficulty to sat on the floor I use same way you show ed on the video!!     treatment in Manipal hospital
    in Bangalore but temporary relief,
    my friend advised to go for yoga
    n started n within two months I am

    Mam m roz मलासना में गर्म पानी पीती हु, 3 महीने से योग भी कर रही हु । रात खाने के बाद दूध से 4 चमच इसबघोल भी फिर भी constipation में आराम नही।

    Malasana for constipation is really well defined,my problem is I'm a dialysis patient wherein we are not supposed to drink more of liquid.
    In that case can I have water around 250ml with honey and lime? Pl suggest - thank you
