    Fantastic.This respected yoga master shown a beautiful technique of crow walking in a systematic way.I am drinking warm water since 30 years soon after I got up and then little walk.It works well.This Crow walking is superb.

    Shaheedaji, I am Sandhya Purogit, watching yr yoga video regularly and trying to do as directed by U. Your way of teaching is excellent and with perfect physical practice. Some of them are difficult but for that also U have given alternate solutions. God bless U. I am 68 years old and am around 5' height. I am walking nicely but from 8-10 days finding all if a sudden knee pain. I have low back pain from long time and on left side and on left hip also. But with these exercises of yoga I am more relieved. Thanks a lot.

    ur demos were great help and UR a natural teacher my wife stomach and guts r not working she is 62 yrs she get pain even drinking water what to talk of food she has .not taken any type meat for last 6 months done done her endoscopy and colonoscopy but doc says nothing PL advise
