    In this video, I will demonstrate the right way to do Malasana for beginners. Proper way to do Malasana or Garland pose will help your to protect your knee and lower back while doing मलासन .
    Benefits of Malasana as follows:
    - Improved digestion
    - Increased hip flexibility
    - Help with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS):
    - Strengthened lower body
    - Activated pelvic floor
    - Improved mental stability
    - Improved posture
    - Prepared the pelvic region for childbirth
    - Stretched the stomach, thighs, pelvis region, and spine
    - Created space in the lumbar spine and spinal column
    Malasana also stretches the hips, groins, adductors (inner thighs), ankles, and back torso. It strengthens the feet and ankles, knees, legs, and lower back.

      Lol that was not a cracking sound. My pen rolled off the table.
      Otherwise too pop sound is not at all bad. There are air pockets in the joints sometimes and those get popped off with that sound. That's quite normal.
