  • Standing and stretching is a good idea anytime! There are times we feel the need, but the conditions may not be ideal...no mat, limited space, wrong clothes, etc. Don't let that stop you! This standing stretch can help you feel more centered, energized and less "foggy".     Great short standing practice I could do without bending my wrist too much 🥳 I was quite wobbly especially on the left leg so will repeat soon. One thing I've noticed that helps my tight chest area open up more and make long breaths a lot easier is you (new to me) cue to stretch the elbow up in the side bends! Eye-opening physical impact 🥰♥️🥰🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

      Heck yea! That's awesome! I know exactly what you mean..that extra little attention to lifting the elbow makes a HUGE difference in the stretch. Thanks for sharing and picking up on that. 💛🌞 I LOVE aha moments!
