2024 TREK Madone Gen7 SLR 7

Bart just took a exhilarating ride on the new 2024 Madone SLR 7 Gen7 And this video are just some of his thoughts directly after the ride. This video is not a breakdown of the parts spec. mainly how this bike felt to ride. stay tuned for more detailed video. this was just a quick after ride video when we return back to Biloxi Bicycle Works. nothing fancy about this video and actually the lighting kind of sucks. This was done in Bart's mechanic room using a couple bike lights that didn't really work out. but, the video is real and raw about how this bike felt

I just got rid of my 2022 SL7 s-works tarmac for the new gen7 Trek madone slr in black...the SL7 tarmac is quick but the Madone SLR is fast..especially when you get up to 20-25mph...it just wants to go & go...i would have to keep pedaling on the S-works SL7 to keep speed while the Madone would maintain the speed with ease with less effort..i like both brands but the madone is faster and alot more comfortable

I haven't ridden the gen 7 Madone yet but I just got a gen 4 Domane SLR7 with RSL 51 wheels. The bike is Absolutely Incredible and Fast!

Good review! I got my madone sir 7 in September of las t year with rsl 62 and I agree with you the bike is fast!

I can’t make up my mind if I should get the SLR or the SL I have the gen6 SLR 6

I want a SLR myself but things are tight in the shop this year so will probably get the SL and just be happy with it

I went with the SLR.. I just carried over my 12 speed di2 ultegra & my 2022 tarmac sworks roval rapide clx wheels to the Madone...I just like Roval wheels better than bontrager 😅..my SL7 was quick but the Madone is faster..it also holds speeds alot better compared to the SL7 tarmac..most important to me is the comfort..the madone is alot more comfortable than the tarmac..

Personally I would never buy a new bike. The value loss is staggering. A year or two old bike is a far better deal. Bike shops should have more inventory of quality, maintenanced, used bikes.
