Just watched once and I subscribed your Channel..thanks.. God bless you..
GREAT THANK U BLESSSSS
I have seen people add it to a squat which doesn't feel right for me. A side lunge feels better at least
I'm doing it with a 20kg dumbbell... from all the movement going on I hat scraped some skin on my thumb

Mam can i do dumbbell woodchopper instead of cable woodchopper 🙄
how many sets and reps should beginner do
As many as you can do with proper form.
I would say get a baseline for your maximum then do a couple sets throughout your workout
For beginners, I would say do 4 sets with 10 reps.
shawty look like abella danger 😂❤
LMAO @ somebody reading my mind.
🔔🔔💪💪💯
Make it wooden with the help of the woodglut instructions.
Tooooo much of talking
She didn’t do it continuously
Using common sense I would do the movement up. Not down.
Good for you 💪
Now, how would you do it if you used a dumbell that weighed anything
Nope.
That's so wrong, you don't use your arms, you keep arms straight at all times and use your core
This is wrong 🤦♂️
Your comment is useless without telling people how to do it correctly
No,no,,no this is not AT ALL the way to do it. Sorry, it’s all rubbish.
Please talk more it's not annoying
