    Trying these revealed a major imbalance between my right and left side. Left side is crazy weak and wobbly! Should have started doing these long ago. Thanks for the clear explaination.

    I like that you show the right way. Why spend time and effort on anything else? Technique is huge. I am sure I’ll watch your video a few times to catch all the ‘little things’ that mean so much.

    Hey Charlee, OmG! I'm a fitness instructor and I've been doing them wrong all these years! I was taught the wrong way. Thank You! It just feels more comfortable for the weight to be in the hand of the leg that's standing and of course more balanced. I've got it now. Jeesh! So many people doing it incorrectly with so many instructors showing them wrong. =( Thanks for showing us proper form. =)
