Today I'm going to give you all a guide on how to assemble out handle and Storage case for the Emove Cruiser.

Thanks for the video guide, AJ. The installation went smoothly using the video. I ran into two small issues that weren’t addressed - 1) the case attaches to the brackets using the widest holes, so make sure the bracket underneath isn’t sticking in too far or it will obstruct the screws from dropping down into the holes, and 2) when installing the arched side brackets, they need to go as far up as possible to accommodate the rear brake. I suggest installing the brake side first.

@@VoroMotors I just received my new storage case and handle bracket and several of the screws are too small and not long enough for the purpose they were intended, about 1/4" too short and these are the longest screws in the kit. How is this possible when I know others have complained about this and the kits are still being shipped without correcting the problem? Please send me the longer/updated screws, so I can get back on the road. This is very frustrating.
It would be cool if we can have this arrangement with the seat
@Will Rod ~ I agree! This would look awesome and would be so practical if we could have the seat and the case on at the same time. They missed a great opportunity here.
A lot of this could be pre-assembled and shipped. When I get a new accessory, I just want to slap it on and GO! Too bad the case can't be used with the seat installed. That would have been Awesome 🛴😃

The case itself is a little too bulky for me, but I think I'll pick up a tow handle.
I got mine about 80% done, have to get my husband involved for the fine tuning. It took me 1 1/2 hours to get the frame attached -- so many awkwardly placed screws, fortunately I have long skinny fingers.
Just a suggestion you guys should make an extra extender for the scooter especially for tall people like 6 feet 7 feet or even 8 feet. I buy it if you guys ever make one.

I received my cruiser today along with the tow handle and storage case. The brake line interferes with the bracket and won’t square up. The bracket on the other side didn’t come welded at the joint like it should. Should the bracket flair out to avoid these problems? Any help would be appreciated.
Just received my Cruiser and Tow Handle and Storage Case. I cannot install the bracket on the left rear side because there is no clearance between the brake assembly and the second bracket which the case is fastened too. Ugh.
I received my cruiser today and tow handle with storage case. The break side bracket interferes with the break. The bracket won’t square up because of it.
@@soundtenement7993 r you talking bout the brake cable I noticed this but just put it on the inside and it works fine
@@SsShadowbaneSsS yes, I was talking about the brake cable but I have resolved the situation by stretching the bracket out and put the brake line inside.

Hi AJ, I just received my first e-scooter last Monday and I’ve been riding it a few days. I bought the carrying box mainly to put my lunch for work. Do you guys have any plans to make a container that is taller (deeper) in order to bring a thermos or some Tupperwares?
Does this also work on the fucara hu3 scooter?

With the back handle - Is it possible to carry / drag your scooter on one wheel like a piece of luggage? I saw people doing that with Segway scooters in my office. I understand that those scooters are significantly lighter / smaller but I was just curious before I ordered the handle.

yes but you will need to lower the handle bars all the way to make sure it clears the handle bar. - AJ

Might be a good idea to update this video with the new system. The new Storage case I purchased is not the same as this. Even more confusion was the parts diagram is from the old system.

@@VoroMotors I just got the case and it is missing the middle connector plates on each side as well as the metal plates that go inside the case to hold the case on

Is the tow mount supposed to wiggle? Mine is not solid. Screws cant tighten anymore. This thing is going to just cause annoying rattles
For the tow handle, would it be possible to attach like a small trailer/wagon to it or is it more meant to be used only with the storage case?

@@95lamp I love the basket option a bit more cause I get to put my stuff inside more easily in the front than putting it on the back. And be able to bring my backpack for the lighter options

Storage case has no security locking mechanism or at least a latch or hole drilled in the front to thread a beefy key or combination lock. Also wish the case was slightly larger. I may still get it to put my lunch in there.
QUESTION: I see there is foam on the top lid. Is it removable?
For those who are thinking of purchasing an Emove I highly recommend you do. It’s a beast and their customer service is unbelievably great! Excellent! However, at 51 pounds it’s not a fold and go get on a train or bus. It’s sturdy and heavy and that seems to give me more security when riding.
Like a lot of pelican cases, it visibily has holes on each corner opposite the hinges to put a padlock on

Just got my handle and case. Tried installing but the two replacement screws that hold the handle down are too long. Completely torqued down there is still space and the handle wiggles. Ended up putting the factory screws back in. Also, the handle's top bar still has wiggle even when both side screws are tightened to the max.

@@KevinRodriguezYT Definitely not. I just think I got the wrong screws. The factory screws ended up being too short, so I found two screws of middle length.
@solomon Daniels - Same for me, I ended up taking some thin foam lining material I had and cut out a strip the size of the base plate to fill the gap. Works fine for now, but I'm also noticing a lot of other little oversites on the manufacturing quality of this rear case that will likely need more customizing to fix (like it rattles very loud going down the road, despite everything being very tight)
Michael B. I have a joyoy Y10 and im sure i can put tow handle with this case by using tools, but i ordered tow handle for dualtron on aliexpress its only 39€. I like this emove handle and case but maybe when i have money
While I appreciate this addition, I would ask if there is a way to lock the case. For those of us who intend locking up the scooter to a bike rack when riding about town, I'd hate to walk out of a store only to find my trunk has been raided.

As someone considering this, my only concern is that having a locked box in the city will increase the desire to steal the scooter and/or break into the box
I thought the side latches allowed for the whole case to be removed and carried around like a little suitcase! Thats a shame.
Video is outdated. They changed the brackets
just received mine. looks like they took off the bridge? guessing it bent over time due to people carrying heavier things in the trunk. that or they forgot.
also the two metal pieces that goes inside the case is now glued along with the two longer pieces at the bottom where it attaches to the base. a now one H metal looking piece. correct me if i’m wrong with all this..
they seem to send you the original Chinese manual with instructions that apply to the old setup but have different pieces and parts that were sent.
That storage is only good for carrying one bag of grocery.... not enough space. You can't fit a baby in there as a passenger either. .. .. . .. Why don't you just hookup a bike trailer / flatbed to the Emove Cruiser?
Ok people this was very painful to watch lets turn this 45min install into 15min after handle is installed take the two brackets the one that attaches to handle and the wing shaped on lay them flat on a table or ground install the bolts and nuts easier todo it now with easier access rather than try to hold the plate the bolt the nut a wrench and a Allen wrench later..now do the same to for the brackets for the other side... now install both preassembled pieces to the handle once installed lock it all down tight.. then take the brackets that go across and install the front one where u would like it just insure it same on both sides like the video suggests all the way forward insures both sides are even.. now take the other back bracket and lay it across installing the bolts and nuts go ahead and tighten then back off ¼-½ turn now grab the two braces that sit inside the case and sit them on the cross brackets place a bolt through both the case plate and front bracket for each side doesn't matter what hole now position the back bracket where it lines up with the hole in the case plate and drop a bolt through now fully tighten back cross bracket lift off the case plates and install them in the case and install the case with the 4 bolts and 4 nuts and lock it all down and ur done if done like the video u will fumble with trying to hold everything while assembling the side brackets and if leave the cross bracket loose u wont actually be able to get it good and tight after as they have nylon lock nuts and the bolt will just spin hope this helps someone

The storage box is a handy accessory, but the installation design of the brackets is terrible. God forbid I should have to repair a flat or change out the brake shoes. Who in their right mind wants to spend an hour disassembling this setup and then reinstalling it again. At the 11:03 mark in the video you mention going back and tightening the U- brackets well that's virtually impossible because the screw can't be held in place because there is no access to hold the allen head from turning. The bracket should've been designed where the box is mounted with all the bolts passing through the box from the inside giving access to the allen head screw so it can be held in place while tightening. Also, the brackets attached to the carry handle should've been designed for a quick disconnect by drilling the holes all the way through the handle. It was a pain in the a$$ trying to hold and turn the tiny allen wrench with the rear wheel fender and brake cable in the way. I ended up removing the carry handle and drilling all the way through then reattaching the brackets using lock washers and wing nuts instead of those ridiculous tiny allen screws. Now in the future all I have to do is loosen the wing nuts and the hole assembly comes off in one piece.

Beware of additional fees added on and called "Taxes"... There are no taxes on out of state sales when there are no retail outlets in the buying state. I just cancelled my double orders when they told me everyone charges fees and sent me Canadian and Euro Union import statements - this is the USA, at least for a couple more weeks, and there are no imposed sales taxes... Beware...
Please make a video about the right way of recharging the baterie, how long should I charge it? Should I charge it 100% all the time or not? etc etc
Then you screw people and not send the nuts that goes with the bolts because I didnt leave a tip..
