    Thanks Jim for covering all the basis. And thanks for your sales and support, awesome. I love my emove cruiser scooter with the seat. I have a not so perfect lower back problem. Just got done taking her for a 15 mile 40 minute ride yesterday with no pain whatsoever. The upshot of this is when I left the battery indicator was reading 3 bars from another lengthy ride and when I came back I had two and top speed was 21 MPH. Both rides were in level 3. Love this scooter...

    I believe the flex you feel may be the seat stem not being seated far down enough. My seat was rocking back and forth and I was able to pull the whole freakin' seat out of the bracket. Yes, I had the collar as tight as I could get it. I'm really stumped with this scooter. I haven't had it a week yet, and I'm a little nervous to ride it. That's why I'm installing the seat. But so many little things annoy me about this scooter. Hopefully I get it all tuned up to where I'm comfortable. I don't have much trust in it right now. Wish me luck 🤞🏽

      Mines the same way. I left a 2 star review on the website. I got two seats and both wobble out. Had it so tight the screw was bent on the clamp

    emove electric scooter is my best choice. It is not only safe, but also has high-quality, stable body, long-term battery capacity, electric skateboards can safely take you anywhere. emove has first-class service, the only strongest brand I have used for many years.

    I put a piece of rubber from a tire tube about 2 inches x 1 inch in the bottom where the seat clamp is. And it makes it rock solid. But you can't just take the seat off anytime it's kind of permanent. I mean you can but u would have to get another piece of rubber

    Hey I have a question could you tell me what’s the measurement between the two Screw holes the reason is that I’m trying to make a diy handle that mounts on by the back rear wheel and I haven’t got my scotter yet and I want to have the handle ready for when I get my emove scotter see if you could help me with that?

    Emove should make a short platform that fits where the seat tube goes user could install (just like seat tube.)
    Make the platform as short as possible and make it so it comforts to the riding platform They could even make it so it extends out over rear fender.
    I only want small royalty for the idea.haha Add it as a seat option at purchase.

      Seats are probably ok if your kids go on them but as a large adult I don't think a seat would hold my weight plus don't think you're in control sitting down tbh standing up is how these things were meant for imo.

    There is a little white cap on top of that white nub in the seat stem. Is that just a protective cap to be removed or do you just leave it on? Thanks

    • @ElectronSurfer
      @ElectronSurfer  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      You remove the protective cap but there is also a white cap that is where the lever pushes to raise and lower the seat. I hope that helps!

    Hey Jim how does the Emove cruiser do on hills? I live in West Virginia and would be riding a lot of long hills. I am curious what speed it would go up the hills and is there a max grade to a hill that it won't climb? Like 6, 7, or 8%? Thanks

    • @ElectronSurfer
      @ElectronSurfer  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      John, the cruiser does OK on hills. I climbed a 14% grade with it and it would likely climb a little steeper, however this hill is only ~300 feet long. Typically smaller diameter wheels or dual motors are really where its at for hill climbing. Long hills might be a tough one and there are so many factors when hill climbing on a scooter. Having a low deck where you can kick to help and remove some strain on the motor is really the best option.

    From the comments I am reading about the flex in the seat and having less control over the scooter when sitting, as opposed to standing, it sounds like the ride will be less safe with the seat. Is that correct? I just recovered from a scooter fall , and I don't want to take more chances.

    • @ElectronSurfer
      @ElectronSurfer  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Rob Hirschhorn, I think you would have a little less control sitting, mainly because you are so far back and have your arms very extended. The Cruiser is one of the more stable scooters out there so if you really need to sit, occasionally, its not a bad way to go.

    • @MrRob111

    thanks but you edited out the difficulty in attaching seat to post / Vorro did the same / it's super clunky / my seat moves side to side at the top (brand new) I ordered a 2nd one which was better THEN i returned the original for credit / the post INSIDE the post wiggles side to side...not good 4 balance and safety...

    • @ElectronSurfer
      @ElectronSurfer  ปีที่แล้ว

      Actually my first one had the seat attached to the post but I agree the whole mechanism is borderline crap! Some other scooters have a better system for a seat. I appreciate the comment.

    • @terencegreen3399
      @terencegreen3399 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The seats have a flaw and mine never went up and down like hes one, but on the good side once I sit on it then it goes down with my weight.
      Like I say the design as a flaw!

      You can reset the seat

  • @jimmythepirate494
    @jimmythepirate494 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Its 90 something dollars to have them include it in the box when you order the cruiser. The 30 something dollar difference is why i didn't order it. What you've just displayed isn't 30+ dollars worth of work installing a 65 dollar product. For 1400.00 + 90.00, ill subtract the 90 and stand.

    • @ElectronSurfer
      @ElectronSurfer  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree, the hardest part of the install is actually getting the seat onto the post. The only thing I would say is to install it before shipping they are likely unpacking and repacking the scooter to do it. Thanks for the comment.
