Stop doing this ugly videos, YOU ARE INJURING PEOPLE! I was doing such advices and in 1 year I became disabled person, my meniscus is destroyed? Why? BEACAUSE I HAD TO GO TO DOCTOR AND DO MRI SCAN THAT WOULD HAVE SHOWN THAT IN MY CONDITION SOME OF EXERCISES ARE EXTREMLY DANGAREOUS! If some one need help go to doctor, go do checkups, go to this guy even, but don't just follow videos!!!!

      Romans 8:38-39
And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow-not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below-indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.

I had a bilateral hip replacement at 22 back in 2003. I wish these videos had been around then as I had to to figure out how to get my cheerleading flexibility back on my own. I did ok & was able to hold my own for a week Kansas City Chiefs Chiefs tryouts. Joining the team wasn't feasible due to health reasons; but trying out 6mos after having both hips replaced was a fun goal.
At 43, I'm recovering from being homebound for 5 years. I just want ny life back & to see how flexible I can get, so thanks for these.
The fitness model is very cool & inspirational.

90-90 transition was the one that made me feel like my whole hip and tissues above and below were disintegrating and ripping apart, especially when trying to keep the torso up. But it also felt like something happened for the first time. I think I had already tried every other exercise on this list before. Well, pigeon pose was downright impossible so that probably doesn't count. I'm impressed how she has pretty much identical rotation range both sides, instead of like one side being very good at external and barely capable of internal etc. And Jesus Christ she has her thighs almost parallel to ground in the sitting position with bottoms of the feet against each other. Also how does she sit upright in the 90-90 instead of supporting with outside arm not to be completely rounded from torso? And then turning to the internal rotation bias without falling over.

Very detailed presentation thank you. One question. As a runner with IT band issues I’ve been focusing on butterfly stretch, split squats. Side range lateral squats (?). Also doing step downs paired with standing 90 glute stretches. This is all from the belief that more flexible hips will lessen the IT band tightness I feel during long runs. My warm up includes hip CARs. I have not been doing the internal and external rotation exercises.

This is a really nice video.
I do have a question. I have some kind of tilt or some kind of what appears to be a twist in my hips. It's been there for over 40 year and doctor told my mum it was one leg longer than the other, which I now know not to be true. I have one over arched foot and one flat, and my question is, since most of these faults are hip/muscle related, can I just slowly work through all these exercises and eventually it will all right itself, or do I need to do something for the tilt first?

Any advice for someone dealing with knee valgus on one leg only that exceeds the normal exceptional amount that would be considered safe? One leg has a significant amount while the other has no valgus at all. Would really appreciate the tips. Cheers!

I thought one should warm up then strengthen and finally stretch. Here shows stretching first. You are lengthening the muscle or in a way in a vulnerable position that is not ready for strengthening. Don’t you have to swap these two ?
