    On the sleep, i will try the ashwaghanda..Magnesium glycinate and 1 to 3 grams of inositol powder before bed...no more waking up at 2am.❤

    I love your presentations, but I think that you probably in part the most information per episode that I have seen and your communication skills are terrific thank you so much I actually suffer from sleep deprivation from the habit of being on the road for long periods of time playing music and you know kept light hours and all that but I have improved quite a bit and I enjoyed really hearing your discourse

    I'm a seventy year old post menopausal hypothyroid female. I am a breast cancer survivor, barely stage 1. So doctors around here will not even prescribe bioidentical hormones believing bioidentical cause cancer. I have been taking ashwaganda for the past month to help with insomnia. I have been searching for a natural way to boost my testosterone levels a bit. I was unaware that the ashwaganda helps.
