    I put my collagen powder and cinnamon in my 2 cups oatmeal with strawberries, blueberries, banana,Apple and peanut butter daily. 😁

    They're not worth it if you buy them, and you try it and it hurts your kidneys, cuz that's what it did to me and I ended up returning them to the store. I'll stick with eating chicken.

      I think if we add a oil like coconut oil to our calagen supplement it will stimulate the gallbladder to release bile to make it easier to digest and not so much stress on our kidneys. That is something that we should look into and see if there's any truth to this hypothesis.

      Hi you might have something going on with your kidneys, check with a doctor.
      " If your kidneys are healthy and not at risk, you are fine to take collagen unless your doctor says otherwise.     Bone broth is an excellent source of collagen. Kettle and Fire makes some good ones. Spicy Cauliflower is one.

    What is in collagen peptide that is not in whey protein powder?

      Generally protein powder is more base amino acid, whereas collagen is larger already pre-assembled components that can be used in your skin. Both are very filling and both contain a large amount of amino acids,. I will give you a more detailed writeup when I get a min 😊

      I guess there’s a Pill for everything now. We can absolutely get all we need from the food we eat, but people want to make money off of supplements. It’s sad that so many believe pills can replace the real thing 😔
