Edit: Mold dogs should come before the qualified inspector. This way, the inspector can check any areas the dog alerted to (cavity testing may be required) as part of their full inspection.
I have EDS like symptoms from mold exposure that effect me vascularly like POTs and cold hands and feet. I’m starting to think that an overwhelmed liver and adrenals due to the stress of it all is causing low ceruloplasmin and thus lower bioavailable copper which is fueling my issues. I’ve come to realise recently that elevated MMPs cause this too and mold and long Covid can DEFINITELY up regulate these. I’m beginning to wonder if I can reverse my issues by lowering MMPs with things like (boswellia, bilberries, green tea and curcumin) and at the same time support the adrenals and liver with things like (liquorice, holy basil, milk thistle, dandelion root and so on).
I love that you know about ceruloplasmin, that copper transporter is so important in relation to connective tissue disorders. Yes, some people have had success in reversing their symptoms with detox and nutritional support.
