This is a great starter workout. Thank you for being encouraging during the video. I had started to give up . But I finished it 🎉... And the stretches are wonderful and I need to strengthen my core and pelvic region . I am glad you target total body

So i did this workout standing and still had a great workout even though it was meant to be a beginner workout. I get my dad to do your senior workouts .. which is how I found out about hasfit in the first place. I thinks its great that you are catering for elderly and people with limited mobility as there are so little videos actually catering for this population. Thanks a lot!!
at 71 I was finding my mobility and flexibility was becoming limited. I started exercising with HasFit about 7 weeks ago and boy what a difference for me!. The seated exercises work perfectly for my poor old knees that are shot from teaching aerobics years ago! I love it. Thank you so much for these amazing videos! Love them

I’m a marathoner who is currently sidelined with a broken ankle. I appreciate these chair workouts so much! I’m not very good at doing nothing, so this workout made me feel like I at least got some movement in. Challenging, but not too hard. I’m alternating between these and some broken leg yoga, and it’s nice to feel sore rather than in pain!
Coach k and claudia.. Love this workout mom had a stroke and we take walks and do stairs. This is one more thing to incorporate in her routine. This def will help! Strength training and exercise has gotten her healthy and will keep her healthy. Thank you so much!

Subscribed! I appreciate that the V.A. provided me some video and other resources, but I did not really get anything going recently until a member of our local C.E.R.T. team proposed a twice weekly workout for our aging group in a remote area. I was in favor of this, but being one of the "younger" seniors, and having generally been more physically active over the years I was a little skeptical of it being worthwhile to me. After a few sessions I finally got around to attending, and this is the workout that we've been doing for starters. This routine has been an outstanding resource, and it is nothing to scoff at. After the first couple of sessions I was already realizing an improvement in my undertaking daily initiatives at home, and looking more hopefully towards undertaking my biking and hiking again following the icy weather. We will soon be adding a more advanced optional session following the first, and I hope that it will be one of your programs. The attitude, clarity and approach has been perfect for us. Sincere thanks!

I just started your workout program. I have a hip replacement and find a couple of the exercises difficult to do, so I try to modify those so I do not injure or dislocate that joint. Trying to discipline myself to exercise daily and your program it easy enough for a 78 year old to do. Thanks so much.
Just did this workout, and it's definitely a step-up from the first chair workout, but I love this! I'd recommend anyone doing this for the first time start with the 20-minute chair workout first before you do this video. Great job, Coach and Claudia!

I broke my ankle a few weeks ago and the doctor told me to stay off my feet for several weeks. So, thank you for this. It is a lifesaver! I exercise regularly and did not expect much from 'sit and be fit', but this is a nice, complete workout that challenges me.
Where do I start!!this video came into my recommended and I clicked on it and just completed it..damn I am sweating..6years ago I was working 2 jobs and speed walked every day from 4-6 hours a day..I could out walk a jogger..as I was at home completed my first job getting ready for my second one I felt a knife in my back that started out of work,couldn't walk..many months of Dr.and a surgery that jacked me up I am on permanent disability,can barely walk 1 hour a day..can't take any mess,2 strokes later and I had an entire playlist on my phone of exercises as of today doing yours I'm a new subbie while I can't do all your workouts this one is now my daily along with walking,it helps with depression,anxiety I now suffer as of 4years ago..Im wore out out I know if I don't do anything my bones will become brittle and stiff that won't help my pain I already From from back,hip,neck,migraines,joint pain every day all day..I love the fact you give us two options beginner and advanced,I have always gotten my breathing off I inhale when I should exhale(🤦🏻♀️)you both explained each and every move so patiently,I can't do quick moves but I was glad I could keep up with both moves..I am in my 50's so I know daily activity is important each person needs to go at their own pace,I have made a lifestyle change 12years ago,I'm gluten,sugar,soy,dairy,bean FREE I eat very clean and won't change that(sorry for the rant)just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR providing us who are limited physically a workout we can do..You both are really good instructors and work well together on screen,keep up the great job..sorry for the long ass comment
LOVED this new workout! It will be one of my favorites. (NO Squats!!!!!) I really appreciated the breathing coaching (when to inhale/exhale). That was very helpful for me. There were SO many other workouts you could have recorded but thank you for taking the time to give those of us who are elderly and/or of limited mobility yet one more choice...and an awesome one at that.
