    im going to try this workout for the rest of the year. i am very skinny already (since im always running around and practising dance) so my goal is to gain more muscle. im going to do this before my morning showers, i am very motivated so i promise y'all I won't give up😘

    My favorite ab workout! I've tried lots of ab workouts before that were decent but when doing this for the first time I immediately felt the burn!

    pls pls make videos with the movement for next exercise not just text, i dont wear my glasses when i work out and can never see whats next - i waste so much time bc of that

    I never do these follow along work out videos. Not until I accidentally found this one a few days ago.
    Sopt on. You can sneak it in any where in your day over and over again. When you wake up, before a meal, before bed, with your other work out all of the above and then some even in the office real quick.
    4th time today for me. I think I even lost a couple pounds from this in only a few days and that's not even my intention. In fact I had no intentions at all just accidentally found it and was like a better follow along here.
    I feel this and some of her other vids are great for guys and girls but some are more girl rated.
    Again this one is simply great for all.
    I bet I look silly tho doing all this not like her tho, she looks fantastic obviously.
    Wonder how many times I will do this tomorrow and how much different it will feel if not tomorrow but after some days.
