What pisses me off about Schlereth, was him being right about this years Cowboy team! You can’t believe in this Cowboy group because every stinking year, they under achieve in the playoffs! That’s legacy of the last 30 years! And we have to listen to Schlereth

I think a lot of the problems of the Cowboys are due the ‘individual’ distractions. I wonder if Ray Lewis would have had a ‘podcast’, during the weeks of games,, or he’d be studying and watching Film?🤔

Him saying the broncos players were being treated like “zoo animals” is exactly what being a cowboy is like all the time. Everything is this theatrical show. Distractions like that make it harder to win and that’s a part of the problem
We need Mr. Schlereth on the show at least twice a week during the season. I don’t want to hear from reporters who likely didn’t play football beyond high school talk about the Cowboys. I want to hear from NFL or Former NFL, Super Bowl Champion, All-Pro top tier athletes.

I don’t worry about Belichick being able to communicate with kids, he’s been doing it his whole life. I don’t want him in charge of player personnel and that’s part of what he wants as a HC. That’s what led to the Pats downfall. Too many Drafts with a lack of real talent.
