      If Brady retired. Brady and Rodgers are in their own category of QBs, but against the best defenses Brady is better(see Seattle vs both of them in 2014, Rodgers 1 TD, Brady 4, see Atlanta last year. Brady record yardage despite the first half looking much like Atlanta vs Rodgers, but then Brady came back).

    I think our offense is great honestly... Just dont know about Hundley, and he plays well in the 4th Quarter only it seems like. Jordy and Davante are really good, Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams are really good. We have a young and very injured O Line. Our defense has some pretty good players, just not a really good scheme and alot of injuries. Also our pass rush kinda sucks.

    • @mpoly4464
      @mpoly4464 6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      That's cool. Brady (cool under pressure) has been a great immobile QB just like Peyton (he chokes).
      I'm more of a Rodgers guy. I think he has it all.
      Patriots from top to bottom are the BEST. owner, coach, qb, smart as players. They are just a great franchise all around.

      What about the Broncos going 5-2 when they benched Manning for stinking up the joint???
      All the Colts needed was a DECENT QB coming out of college. As soon as Luck took over, they went 11-5 three years in a row.

    • @mpoly4464
      @mpoly4464 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      DiabloSpiritus
      Talk about Cherry picking stats. Manning with the Broncos was done as a qb by that time after he got hurt again, he was never the same and you know it. The year before he threw for most TDs in a season. The Colts got Luck after Peyton couldn't play and they won 2 games without manning to secure that pick so nice try.
      Manning was great but a choke artist in Post season play, if he didn't play well while with the Colts then they don't win.

Start David Webb, your 3rd round 2017 draft pick and see what he's got! If he sucks then you get what you wanted and if he's good you may have a future QB

  • @thejokersonyou
    @thejokersonyou 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    The one flaw in this "logic" is tht... More than ever, this is a QB driven league. You have to have at least marginal talent at the backup QB position. Dont tell me the Colts/Packers never had talent on the field bcuz their GMs punted on backup QB. Worse for TT since u shld knw mobile QB comes w risk. Case Keenum isnt magic but hes playing decent enough to keep the Vikings afloat. Im in Hou, if he were playing like he did here? We wldnt b talking abt the Vikings this season and Texans would have made a playoff run tht yr.
    Rodgers and Manning are great but dont give them god status bcuz the guys tht came in to play were Painter and Huntley. Dont believe either had ever taken a reg season snap in their CAREERS. Lazy analyses to ignore the competency of the guy replacing ur starter for tht season. It matters... A LOT.

    I am a Packers fan so take that into thought. But I knew Aaron Rodgers was literally the whole Packers team. Everyone should know that, the only reason why they made the NFC championship game last year is because of him. The secondary is so bad for the packers but Aaron usually outplays the other offense and finds ways to win games. They need a better defense. End of story Ted needs to draft more defense.

      dont even go there ok...only thing is there are not enough people watch this show for us to tell you how wrong you are. Ill do it myself. There has never in the nfl been a regular season player like manning who torches defense and carries his team to wins with multiple head coaches and awful defenses. Rodgers has Matthews, ha ha Clinton dix on defense. Who did manning have? And he still won games and put up numbers no qb ever will. Yeah manning never got sacked 50 or more times in a season twice. Manning has 5 mvp awards, Rodgers has 2. Don't ever compare them again.

Manning has over 100 wins with a defense ranked 16th or less. the person who is always compared is brady who has won just over 20 games with that circumstance. Rodgers is not even in that category. so yeah...

    Rodgers Stats in NFC championship/Superbowl 2-2 78.6 passer rating 7 tds 5 int 58.7% 22 pts per game So yeah he is Manning All-time Great in Regular Season but Playoffs it's another thing. In the Wild Card or Divisional round sure he has the stats because he's not playing the real contender yet the top 4 in the NFL. It's like the Cards or the Redkins who don't stand a chance. Even though Peyton was bad often, at least Peyton showed me in 2006 against the Pats that he can beat a great team in the playoffs. Rodgers best playoff win is his only superbowl. Otherwise, he's Dan Marino.

    Nfl players are tough but hockey players are obviously tougher. No 19 year old nfl player will ever play 20 minutes after he breaks his face. No nfl player will play two plays with a broken leg. No nfl player will die on the bench, be revived, and in the ambulance beg the doctors to go back in. No nfl player will ever take rock hard rubber to the face at 100 miles an hour and never flinch. Football is great but hockey players are tougher.

    Yeah this dude was a lineman, not a skill position player.
    Probably easier to come back and play after an injury when you’re pushing people around as opposed to reading defenses, calling plays, throwing, scrambling, leading an entire team.
    Peyton Manning getting injured was the luckiest thing that could have happened for the Colts. There’s no way they would have been able to draft a QB like Andrew Luck and go from one franchise QB to another if Manning just gradually declined while still winning 7-10 games for them. Some teams get lucky like that... Favre-Rodgers, Manning-Luck, Montana-Young
    While my fav team hasn’t had a decent QB since 1969 hahahah

    Yeah he's just like Peyton ...not as good as Brady. Drew Bree's is better than Rodgers look at the numbers people. Also Peyton and Rodgers suck in the playoffs when it all matters , but they sure can throw huh.

      T. Ship The packers are actually going against the better team on the road in the post season......You can't expect Rodgers to overcome better teams with a flaw system that relies on Quarterback a lot more than most teams and I don't need to talk about the Defense which speak for itself.Not even Brees with Sean Payton has overcome the better teams especially on the road in the NFC.

    Please stop it. Rodgers nothing I mean nothing and I mean nowhere near Manning please.stop fantasizes. The top 3 is brees Brady and Manning these are your passing gods. They never stop Rodgers is equivalent to Matt ryan and cam Newton and Matthew Stratford. He in the 40000 yards convo. Not the 70000 convo. Stop it please people. Rodgers overrated

    Aaron Rodgers is the most efficient qb in NFL history. Peyton Manning is more comparable to Favre...they both throw lots of picks.

    Let's call a spade a spade, Peyton manning is overrated. His defense carried him to both of his Superbowl wins. Guy has the most one and dones in playoff history and consistently chokes. His only wins in the super bowl are against Rex Grossman in a rain storm and scam newton.

      Peyton has been robbed a few times in the playoffs you can't blame a loss entirely on a quarterback no matter how important they are it is still a team sport

      Highlander10001 If i'm not mistaken, Colts had the 28th ranked rushed defense in the league.
